“Having come from the Glen Burnie office where staff is consistently rude, condescending, and insulting to customers, this post office is like stepping into a whole new world. Everyone is kind, friendly, answers your questions with patience and kindness, and corrects you with respect and actually helpful advice when education is needed. Other offices should get some training from these folks on how to treat customers with respect. If other post offices have burned you, give this office a try!”

“The AI Ask Maps feature will tell you there’s a self service kiosk here for after hours package drop off but that’s just one more thing it’s wrong about. There isn’t. I should have looked at the USPS website myself which clearly does not list a kiosk here. Didn’t utilize the post office but one star off because in 2026 USPS should have kiosks in every notably sized post office, especially if there are no other kiosks in the immediate area”

This location is not the closest USPS to me but I make the trip because the staff is so wonderful.”

“While I very much like the USPS employee that is typically at the window. She's extremely friendly and helpful. I have a major complaint with the fact that regardless of which Saturday I go, the door is never unlocked despite both the door and website displaying these supposed PO Box Access hours of 10AM - 2PM. I arrived at 1155 this morning and the same foolishness. Its extremely frustrating and it's professonial. Do beeter USPS!”
“I have been frequenting this office for about a year now the guy and ladies are always great.
I've seen some of the other customers interactions with the workers that are assisting them, most are quite friendly but there a few that come in and create a scene, or throw tantrums/hissy fits. Following instructions go a long way and loosing your cool doesn't help make matters better.”
“I have experienced some ineffective/rude staff here in the past so began driving out of my way to go to the Simpsonville PO instead (they're awesome). In the last year I've come back and discovered that Nick is great at his job. When he is behind the counter, I know things will go smoothly. Kudos for bringing me back to my local PO.”

“What some may call rude, others view as simply a professional small team of staff who do their best, even when short-staffed, to provide diligent & quick service. They ask questions about whats in your packages, following pidtsl service rules, and give concise instructions for cudtomers to follow. “Contrary to the very rude customers writing vicious comments here about the food employees at the Enchanted Forest Post Office, I love the employees there! I live a mile away, and I have been a customer for at least twenty years. I have always found the employees to be polite, kind, friendly and professional. They work hard for the money. As David Byrne of Talking Heads sang in "Psycho Killer, Qu'est-ce que c'est?", I hate people when they're not polite!" As The Beatles sang, (I think it was on the Abbey Road album,) "... “This is NOT a post office. It is basically a distribution center. If you need to send a letter or package, or do any other post office-related thing, find a branch that just says "post office". Don't make my mistake and drive around the building for 15 min trying to find an entrance. SMH”
“Dorian helped me pick the correct envelope for my needs, which was overnight for some paperwork. He was chill and patient, I appreciated his directness without judgement (I don't mail things often and wasn't 100% certain on my needs). Parking is limited and/or metered street parking.”
