We had a disappointing experience after our stay. We accidentally left a Lilly Pulitzer clothing item in the room, worth about $70, and we're certain it was left on the bed. It was bright pink and green, so it would have been pretty hard to miss against the white sheets.
We contacted the hotel soon after realizing it was missing. Management did try to help, which we appreciate, but somehow the item was never found or turned in to lost and found. Given where it was left and how noticeable it was, it's honestly hard to understand what happened to it.
I'm a frequent Hilton Honors guest and have stayed at plenty of Hilton properties over the years, so this was especially disappointing. I understand that hotels can't guarantee the return of something a guest leaves behind, but you certainly hope that an obvious item left in a room will make its way to lost and found.
Unfortunately, it didn't in this case, and that leaves us with some concerns about how guest belongings are handled after checkout.”

She was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely attentive, making sure I was comfortable after a long day of travel disruptions. Her professionalism and kindness stood out, and she handled everything with such grace and care.
The entire front desk team was also incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. It is clear that customer service is taken seriously here. Since I travel here regularly and know the area well, the warmth and hospitality from the staff made the experience feel familiar and comfortable, almost like being back at home.”

At night, Hunter provides first-class service as well. His friendliness and professionalism are greatly appreciated.
The hotel (like us) is currently being renovated, and I understand how challenging construction projects can be. Despite that, we have been happy with how we’ve been treated here by Elizabeth, Hunter, and Earl!

“Not the Ritz. Had to wait 30 mins at 12am to check-in, no customer service (had broken iron and told clerk but they didn't seem to care), a little run down with goodwill type furniture. That said, I was pleasantly surprised the spacious room, pull out bed, recliner, kitchen and split bathroom. Room was nicer than most standard rooms. Would stay again as I thought it was very goid for the low budget.”

“Stayed here for a month. The service was warm and inviting. I understand that sometimes it is busy because this location receives a lot of groups, but the attention to each guest and organization is apparent. They make a concerted effort to address everyone individually and with respect. Rosa and AJ were amazing managers, very friendly, appropriately conversational, and very humorous. I witnessed them interacting with guests hundreds of times and always with enthusiasm and care. The room was clean. Housekeeping was responsive and issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Staff was always on hand. Visible. Never had ANY issue getting assistance. I appreciate their candor and demeanor as well as the effort out in to maintaining this property.”

“I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Rockville for about 45 days during my relocation to the DMV area, and I can honestly say this was one of the best extended hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
The level of service from the entire team was exceptional. What I expected to be a standard Courtyard stay felt more like a luxury hotel experience. Every interaction was positive, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
The front desk team—Nizhoni, Angela, Kathy, Richard, Bernie, Lily, and Brandon—were consistently outstanding. They made me feel recognized and taken care of every single day.
The housekeeping team also deserves a ton of credit: Raquel, Aaron, Rosa, Marlene, Odra, Marina, Esther, Ana, Cecilia, Claudia, Christian, Raul, Carlos, and Tristan all did an incredible job keeping everything spotless and comfortable throughout my stay.
Relocating can be stressful, but this team made the transition smooth and enjoyable. They truly made it feel like home.
