“I've been to a lot of UPS stores and post offices to ship out products for my business. I have gotten the best service here. One day, one of the packages I sent out was delayed. I asked the staff here if they could help, or had any thoughts on if it got lost. They went above and beyond, examined the camera footage to make sure it didn't end up in the wrong bin and etc. The package arrived just fine, and it turned out that wasn't needed, but the gesture really showed my the professionalism of the staff. They were also very friendly and helpful, even though they were extremely busy given the season. I use this place exclusively now.”

“In June I finished a conference in that hole of a town and this UPS Store was the bright spot. The owner let me borrow a 4-wheel lift and I walked it at least a 1/2-mile away and where picked up about 400lbs worth of catalogs. Half boxed half needing containers. The owner helped me consolidate the number and keep the weights in the right shipping cost category, he also taped my boxes both directions. Eun and his staff were great and I would go back there again for the service received. My experience was excellent and everything arrived in the Midwest safe and sound.”
