“Economy Propane has been my propane provider for 24 years. With this recent cold snap, we ran out of propane. Completely my fault. I called the office at 8:01 am and by noon that day we not only had a full tank of propane but also another technician was able to perform the required pressure test. I can't imagine that would have ever happened with any other company. Doug and his crew just don't under perform. Great job and thank you.”

They are always on time, friendly when I call and the delivery drivers pay attention to the notes on where to find me and the outside tank. I live on a back road on a private lane with three other homes. So it's noted which house I am. Outstanding company.”
“Fix your digital systems! The checkout process was extremely delayed due to the information systems not responding. This was not a normal surge situation, the employees had to step in and were very helpful. For a company based on timeliness and reservations, this was a pretty big mess. Other than that, Mrs. Roe was great as was Michael. VERY helpful and kind during this stressful process. Renting the truck was only half of the day's battle! Thank you, this would have been a 5 star review!”

“I found Sabrina, aka "Bri", the installation mechanic/technician, to be very accomodating, knowledgeable, capable, friendly, patient AND caring enough to listen to my reasons and preferences and specific concerns regarding the type and inrended functionality BEFORE & AFTER the installation. She was both affable and efficient in her manner - a real "hands-on" wrench turner, the type who's an asset to any professional team, especially for a Nationwide legacy outfit such as U-HAUL. Really everyone I dealt with was very personable and proficient. Bri was outstanding - after all the calls, arrival check-in procedures and banter - she delivered the goods, "service with a smile". A Top Notch experience, overall!

“Service was quick and efficient, however we have requested that a 'heads up' call be made to ensure that our dogs are inside during service. The 'heads up' call was not made, instead the technician simply rattled the gate to see if they were outside. Fortunately the dogs were inside.”
“You charged me for 2 gallons of gas when I picked up the van at 3/4 full and brought it back 3/4 full. Whoever creates the billing invoice should stop nickel and diming customers.

“This U-Haul was great. I literally came in 5 minutes before they were closing and they accommodated me and made sure I got a U-Haul. The two employees male and female we're so pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but I am definitely appreciative of their excellent customer service.”
“I needed an extra large box to return a gift. I called with the dimensions I needed and a very friendly and helpful employee recommended the grande wardrobe and said they had at least four in stock. I drove to the store a couple hours later and was met at the door by an employee offering assistance. We confirmed that the grande wardrobe was my best option and then I checked out. He asked if I would like some help getting the box to my car and stowed it perfectly in my minivan. I was very pleased with the store and the employees. I will definitely shop for packing supplies there in the future.”
“This company has received a lot of bad reviews. I’m a 5 year member and we have never had a problem up until this month. That being said our tank ran low. I made several calls and was told I’m on th schedule but no date given. I was frustrated to be honest but I took a step back and realized the weather that we have had, the road conditions, peoples driveways, getting access to the tank. Not ideal conditions to deliver propane. Phones were busy and I had to leave a message several times but every time I spoke with someone they were apologetic and friendly. When you sit back and look at the bigger picture you realize they are doing their best and I’m not the only one that needs propane. I’m thankful for their hard work , professionalism on the phone and coming on a Saturday to deliver my propane.”
