“I've been with Extra Space Storage in Curtis Bay now for 7 months. When I got to the storage place, Anna-Lyn, the manager, answered all of my questions and put me at ease that I would be happy here and receive excellent customer service.
I could not be onsite when the movers put my stuff into the unit. Anna was kind enough to ensuring the movers had what they needed. I've visited as early as 6 AM and stayed as late as 10 PM, which are the hours that you can enter and exit with your code. I felt safe and comfortable sorting through my belongings. And Anna is often the smiling face you see when you come onsite. She's super helpful and a good problem solver.
Like most storage facilities, there is an increase after the first 6 months. There is some negotiation available.
I was a little nervous moving my possessions into storage again. But I've been able to access everything easily and everything has worked out well -- clean, safe & secure. And great customer service helps keep my mind at ease!”

“Ron has changed the culture @ Extra Space ever since the “vindictive lady won’t say any names (Kamila) who pretended to be nice) left. Side note: “ I honestly used to be afraid coming to my unit, majority times, waiting til after 6pm just so I wouldn’t run into her.
But once Ron took over, I promise you the tenants became more comfortable and Happier because we all had a group chat and would update each other on gate being locked during company hours or something wrong with individual tenants.
Anyway, RON & Travis has been ALL-STARS ?& an exponential improvement ?”

“We had a great experience with a complicated move using Orly. We were downsizing from a place where we had lived for 30 years—we had Orly do much of the packing. Then we sent several rooms of furniture to our each of our kids (including one in Colorado) and put the remainder in storage for a few months, until our new lease started. Liz in the office handled the details efficiently and proactively. And the guys who moved the furniture were wonderful (from our house to 3 different places, including storage, and then from storage to our apartment). They treated our things like they owned them. They were extremely careful and efficient. We were very impressed and recommend Orly highly.”

I stopped in to inquire about availability and pricing, and he was so patient, engaging, friendly and genuinely down-to-earth while going over all the options with me.
I told him, “I need to talk to my business partner, but I can come back or call if that works.” His response was basically, “Totally!” No pressure. No salesman tactics. No trying to convince me of anything. Just genuinely friendly and helpful.
Well... I was back within two hours to rent a unit from him.
While I was there, I also watched him interact with another customer, and it was the exact same thing — smiles, honesty and just a really friendly vibe.
Great customer service is getting harder and harder to find, so when I come across it, I think it deserves to be recognized.

“I absolutely love this particular extra space Storage in Glen Burnie 8th Ave NW. Cherylene and her staff is amazing. Nothing but nice vibes very clean storage units and the facility. I don't have pictures but I had my stuff in storage for a year and a half. The only down fall was people that store food it attract mice. Use some pepper Mint spray Grandpa Guss It's on Amazon It's works!!!!! You will thank me later.”
