“After an ordeal where the car wouldnt start in Nj it was taken to a nearby dealer who stated they will not be able to even look at it for 3 weeks. We found a trailer and brought it home to Cranberry on a Thursday. They said they were busy but if they can't get to it Friday it would definitely be looked at Monday. I got the call Monday afternoon that it had been diagnosed and they were waiting on a part to be delivered. The next morning around 9am I got the call that my car was done. The price was more than fair and I got my car back 2 weeks before anyone in NJ would have even looked at it.”

He was very thorough in checking the undercarriage noise and took his time inspecting the entire interior and exterior per my request. He did an excellent job listening to my concerns and communicating his findings in a way I could understand. He also made sure to top off all my other fluids without me even asking!
