But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...
I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.”

“Had port networks installed after two years of xfinity (which was horrible). It was nice talking to someone real on the phone.The two technicians, Matthew and Brandon, who came to help were amazing and extra friendly. They were professional and set up everything in an incredibly organized way. The internet also runs well, so no complaints at all. I can't recommend them enough!”

Me and my husband came into this store to view different phone plan options.
At other locations like T-Mobile & AT&T they were very pushy when it came time to exploring different phone plans. But here at Verizon, Amon was super helpful (not pushy at all). He gave us our space to make our decisions!
We later came back about a month later to pursue the Unlimited Plus plan. Again, Amon was super helpful, patient and kind. He answered all of our questions, gave us a clear view of what our phone bill would be before hand, showed us many different options. Hands down one of the best retail managers I’ve ever dealt with in years! And in 2024 great managers like Amon are very hard to find. So, I give him and this store a lot of props!
Everyone should definitely look into this location if pursuing Verizon.”

“Was pretty crowded when I came in, I was just swapping out equipment. I got in line to wait my turn and one of the associates asked what was the purpose of visit, I told her I was just exchanging some equipment and she directed me to a kiosk and swapped my equipment right there. Awesome job from an awesome team.”
“For the first time in 4 years of going to this store, I had a great experience. Was dreading it after looking at recent reviews combined with my past not so great experience. I made a reservation which really cut down the wait time. I was having trouble with my phone holding a charge and needed a new charger anyway. Zierre Cross was incredibly helpful and went way above and beyond in identifying the problem of dust/dirt in the port and got it all out (it was a lot). Saved me money from having to get it cleaned out properly. I won't be as hesitant going back especially if he is there.”

“Shout out to the Pennsylvania Avenue Boost Mobile team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A few weeks ago I came in about 20 minutes before closing.I usually try not to show up to places that late . Moe didn’t care about the time. I was greeted with a smile and quickly taken care of. She explained the details of the screen protector I purchased and even assisted with putting it on. That was helpful because i didn’t know how to get the cracked protector off safely in the first place.It’s a 50/50 finding good customer service near closing at times. The other young lady at the counter was also servicing someone with a smile and a wonder attitude.I most definitely felt like a valued customer.Highly recommend and I will be back.”

My original review was 1 stars because the person I originally worked with in the store was incompetent. But since then I had the pleasure of working with the store manager who did everything in her power to make things right. She was polite, knowledgeable, and fast! (I can not stress enough how her rapidity made all the difference after spending over 6hr via messages with Verizon central customer service.)
I know retail work is hard, and training may not be the best, but I do wish everyone was as good at their job as she was! To her I give 5 stars.
I really suggest not bothering with the central customer service, they're slower than sloths and can't get anything approved, bite the bullet and go into store to get things fixed ...”
