She needs a good bonus because she also managed about 8 other customers that walked in with great customer service all while helping me add 4 lines and disconnect 4 lines”

My original review was 1 stars because the person I originally worked with in the store was incompetent. But since then I had the pleasure of working with the store manager who did everything in her power to make things right. She was polite, knowledgeable, and fast! (I can not stress enough how her rapidity made all the difference after spending over 6hr via messages with Verizon central customer service.)
I know retail work is hard, and training may not be the best, but I do wish everyone was as good at their job as she was! To her I give 5 stars.
I really suggest not bothering with the central customer service, they're slower than sloths and can't get anything approved, bite the bullet and go into store to get things fixed ...”
“I visited the T-Mobile store this past Friday and Saturday and had the pleasure of working with Hector. When my original line stopped working due to an exposed antenna, he efficiently helped me add a temporary additional line so I could stay connected. After 24 hours, I decided to cancel that line, and when I returned to the store, Hector handled the change with professionalism and zero pushback. He even went the extra mile by calling internal support on my behalf to ensure everything was resolved properly.
Hector demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout both visits-patient, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. He is a strong asset to your team and would make an excellent candidate for a management role.”

Steven is an incredible manager— he took good care and made sure that I knew all the information so I could make the best decision. He’s very patient and smart. “For the first time in 4 years of going to this store, I had a great experience. Was dreading it after looking at recent reviews combined with my past not so great experience. I made a reservation which really cut down the wait time. I was having trouble with my phone holding a charge and needed a new charger anyway. Zierre Cross was incredibly helpful and went way above and beyond in identifying the problem of dust/dirt in the port and got it all out (it was a lot). Saved me money from having to get it cleaned out properly. I won't be as hesitant going back especially if he is there.”
