Jailene not only went out of her way to make sure I was getting the best deals, she got me a better deal on my plan than I even came in for. Additionally, she went above and beyond in helping me set up my new phone. She was super kind and helpful. I greatly appreciated her assistance and would highly recommend this store!”

“I visited the T-Mobile store this past Friday and Saturday and had the pleasure of working with Hector. When my original line stopped working due to an exposed antenna, he efficiently helped me add a temporary additional line so I could stay connected. After 24 hours, I decided to cancel that line, and when I returned to the store, Hector handled the change with professionalism and zero pushback. He even went the extra mile by calling internal support on my behalf to ensure everything was resolved properly.

“I can't say enough great things about the experience I had in this store today. I worked with Lem. We spent almost 4 hours together. He patiently signed me up for a new phone for my daughter, transferred service from my phone from AT&T, helped set up my new phone and navigated over 2 Apple Watches for my kids. Tech is not my thing, it is my fatal flaw, but Lem was so patient and kind and never made me feel stupid, the way so many young people in these stores often do. He explained everything to me so respectfully. I have been taken advantage of by an AT&T salesperson in the past, and I never once felt that Lem was trying to get one over on me. He is a treasure of an employee. He is the perfect combo of kind, knowledgable and patient. He is a fine young man and I had a wonderful experience at this store. All of the employees I've come in contact with on a previous fact-finding visit were so nice. I don't know why I didn't switch from AT&T to T-Mobile long ago. 5 stars!”

He is also a gentleman and offered to help get her walker loaded into her car. My husband and I have been with T-MOBILE for 25 years or so and have never had an issue. Great carrier also for our international travel.”
