They fixed my car's AC and replaced the engine valve cover at a very reasonable price! And it was super convenient because an estimate was sent right to my phone. “I want to thank Gary Herr so much for his follow-up and kindness .I had spent 3 days in another Pohanka brick mortar in Salisbury ..where the first sales person turned me over to another sales person , where that sales person spent so much time with me until the manager told me I would have to put $25k - $30k down in order to purchase a car...I left feeling awful, not understanding was the number actually $25000-$30 thousand dollars down or was it a percentage. ...there was no followup from either that manager or the second sales person..which I understood . ..honestly, I felt as though I had a huge black mark on my credit that I was unaware of to receive no followup.
Two days later, the followup ,I received was from Gary Herr ..I told him what I was told from the manager and he encouraged me to come in. Ironically, yesterday I needed to pickup a part from Toyota parts dept and had my partner with me. We just happened to look at some trucks where no one approached us until a car pulled up and the person that popped out turned out to be Gary Herr ...what a small world..... but most important he accepted my anxiety and had empathy and truly had patience and understanding that I did not wish to waste his time or feel that same embarrassment...my partner and I within the hour picked the truck that we liked and within 30 minutes ,I.myself had an approval with 0 down!!!! The process was extremely quick with the finance department, and shortly there after I drove out with a beautiful truck which had been detailed and filled up with gas.
I truly cannot say how much I appreciated this whole process , and will be purchasing an additional truck very shortly from Gary Herr.”

“My boss sent me here, she swears by Clyde's, and even though they weren't able to fix my air-conditioning, because my car is a hybrid and the parts you can only get at a dealership, they did fix my high beam and the price was great and even explained to me exactly what was wrong with my air conditioning, why they couldn't fix it and how the particular mechanic I spoke to is working on trying to get trained in hybrid cars so they can better assist in the future which to me was huge knowing that even though they couldn't help me they are taking the steps to be able to help others in the future. I'll definitely come back for basic things like an oil change or when I get a different vehicle. Truly wonderful”

“No one enjoys being in an accident, and from the start, it felt like everything that could go wrong did — problems with Progressive, the tow company, and endless back-and-forth. After all the delays and confusion, Progressive ultimately decided to total the vehicle.
The shining light in this whole month-long debacle was the incredible team at John’s Auto Body. They were the only shop willing and able to take on the repairs for my BMW — even Caliber Collision said they couldn’t handle it. While my insurance company tried to cut corners and use parts that would have voided my warranty, John’s stayed firmly on my side. They were 100% transparent throughout the process, kept me informed, and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was handled the right way.
In today’s world, it’s hard to find an auto body shop you can truly trust — but John’s has earned that trust completely. I now have two shops on the Shore I rely on, and John’s Auto Body is absolutely one of them!”

“2012 F350 Lariat - Blown CP4 Fuel pump. I can't thank Bo enough for his excellent service to make this repair. I was told by the Ford dealership that the engine was contaminated and would have to be replaced. Bo manually tested the engine and found no issues. He replaced the fuel pump with an upgrade and full contamination kit. Bo left no details out, replacing and inspecting every aspect of the engine and fuel system. Bo is truly an expert in his field and takes pride in everything he does. He is one of the few people that still take great pride in what they do. I highly recommend Bo Daddy's Diesel for any of your auto repairs!!!!!!”
“I recently found myself in a tough spot while traveling alone with my newborn. I needed to use a U-Haul, but when I went to hook up the trailer, I couldn’t find the trailer wiring harness on my Forrester. I’ve never towed anything before, and with my husband currently serving in Iraq, I was feeling lost and overwhelmed.
When I reached out to a nearby dealership for help, they told me it would cost $900+ because the hitch was bent and would needed to be replaced. I was completely taken aback, especially since we bought the car certified pre-owned and had never used it for towing. I needed to move the U-Haul asap…Que the spiraling ?
After taking a deep breath, I decided to look up some top-rated mechanics in the area. This led me to Car Doc. They had fantastic reviews, and I can totally see why. A mechanic came out to check my car right away. He crawled underneath and took a good look at everything. To my relief, explained that there was no reason to replace the hitch, saving me not only a hefty bill but also a massive headache.
It was such a relief to find someone who genuinely cared and wasn’t trying to take advantage of my situation. It reminded me that there are still good people out there who want to help rather than just make a quick buck.”

“I was driving from Ripley, NY to Hampton, VA and all of a sudden my air conditioner started leaking into my car. Temp in Delaware was 92. Got on line for place to help. Make a long story short Mike was just closing shop. I told him my problem and they went to work right away and fixed my AC and the whole time were so courteous to me. I meant his wife and she said she would be glad to get me sometime to eat or drink.
They worked on the AC until it started working perfectly and I made it all the way to Hampton in a cool car and no water dripping on my foot. I will ever be grateful to Mike, Kennedy and his workers.”
“I needed to get the tires replaced on my Yamaha V Star 950 Tourer. I had purchased the bike in Baltimore and wanted to have the tires replaced here in Salisbury. I checked the internet and read the reviews concerning Shore Cycles. The reviews were good. So I called and made the appointment. I dealt with Alex. He was pleasant and professional.
He preordered the tires and had my bike in and out in about 1/2 of a business day. At the same time he also inspected the bike, free of charge, for any additional issues. He made recommendations concerning any additional work needed, without being pushy. If you need service work on your bike. I would highly recommend them.”
“I would say this is the best place in Salisbury to fix your vehicle. Once I arrived my car was checked right away and got estimate in minutes. Customer service is great, everyone is polite and friendly. Vehicle was fixed in reasonable time, and perfectly done. “We took our vehicle to Pohanka Dodge to get the oil changed. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a bit of a wait, but wasn’t too long. The service was fast and reliable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone going to get their oil changed.”
“From pulling in front of dealership...
1. Our Sales rep Sherrie Haynes was waiting along with our test drive Nissan KICKS out front as we pulled in. ?
2. Val our finance mngr. was so kind and caring ( genuine not fake)?
3. As was the gentleman who took care of my trade. His name escapes me but he was in his 30's, african american with beard and looked like a football player. ?
4. All worked with me to get the payment i was comfortable with, from trade in value $$$$$, asking price of vehicle and monthy payment.
5. Detailing vehicle before leaving with it was done well.
6. Facilities- Dealership was spotless. Bathrooms were very clean. Waiting area spacious.
They have a vending machine area right close to service area with a nice selection of drinks and snacks. Healthy choices plus sweet tooth choices as well. It is a kiosk. Does not take money or change, only debit/credit cards so beware of this.
7. Service area is immaculate as well.
All in all my experience was pretty wonderful. I would highly recommend Pohanka Nissan, Salisbury MD.
NOTE: I haven't bought a car in 10 years. It was much easier today than back then in 2014. ??⛽️”

“My car broke down on the way home from OC on a Sunday. We had it towed to Bunkys and called the emergency number on the door. I told them what was happening and they said they would check it out first thing in the morning. They called me 8:30 the next morning and said that I needed a new radiator, but they wouldn't be able to get one that day. Knowing I wanted to get home they made a repair that they thought would accomplish that. It worked, I made the 2 hour drive with no issues. If I lived in that area I wouldn't use anyone else.”

Hans has ALWAYS been honest with the repairs that need to be done and very far with his pricing. I don't believe that you will ever need to worry about being hustled for doing unnecessary work.
