We have found the staff to be very professional, very accommodating, responsive and responsible. We love the daily postings of extra playtime that we always sign up for. The facility & very nice & appears secure with extra layers of gates. They are very positive.

25741 Three Notch Rd, HollywoodA couple of weeks ago I had the amazingly fortunate opportunity to meet the employees here in the most random and ridiculous way.
While traveling back home to VA with my 90 year old Aunt, natured called for her at the worst time. With no other shops in sight, I made the decision to pull over to these shops. The Papa John’s next door wouldn’t/couldn’t allow for my Aunt to use their facilities. So, in my most desperate attempt, I went next door and was met with the kindest most understanding staff. I explained the situation and they helped without a second thought. What they didn’t know was this happened several times on our way back home and we were exhausted and desperate. If they have the compassion for us travelers, I can only imagine the love they have for your furry babies.
We owe them for the clean car seat they allowed us to have. We thanked them profusely and still felt that wasn’t enough for what they did for us. Thank you to this amazing crew!! I hope you never have to some across this same episode again.?

23555 Brown Rd, HollywoodWe adopted our dachshund Quinn from Shelley a year ago and will be picking up our boxer and bringing him to his forever home next weekend. Shelley is wonderful to work with and takes amazing care of the pups. We also bring our animals to Shelley for grooming appointments. She returns them to us in better shape than we left them and smelling amazing. We love her and her business!

44215 Airport View Dr, HollywoodOn Sept 5,2024 we had a emergency with our dog Blue. He was having seizures. They got us an appointment right away. He was checked out and seemed fine. But he kept having them. We called back and they got us in right away to have him euthanized. I can't express the amount of compassion every had for my family and my boy Blue.I would recommend 100% to take your pets to this Vet clinic. I would like to thank all the staff for all their help and compassion.
