“My daughter had an emergency situation with her brakes in April on our way home (North Carolina) and we stopped here for help. They went out of their way to help her and fixed the car within a few hours. It’s nice to know places still exist that are honest and helpful . We would recommend this service station !!”
“Fast, friendly service, nice clean store & restrooms. They run out of bags way too often. They changed the biscuits, they are too crumbly and seem to be very salty now. They should put a piece of paper in the box under the biscuit sandwich so it doesn't stick to the cardboard box.”

“I always come here for my VA state inspection and have had consistently good experiences. I arrived around 4:25 PM (they stop inspections at 5), and even with one car ahead of me, the wait was very reasonable...about 10 minutes. Once they got to my truck, the inspection only took around 15 minutes. They offer seating both inside and outside, which makes the wait more comfortable. Quick, efficient, and convenient service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!”
“Been going to Gray brothers for several years for odds and ends. I went in one day to get some baloney. When I opened it when I got home, the only place that baloney belongs is, in the trash. Several green spots and the baloney was "slimey" to the touch. I dumped it, not taking any chances with food poisoning. It didn't smell bad, but I wasn't taking any chances.”

“Bad Experience but I come here often. Now I only tell this story because I thought the interaction was entertaining. So I thank the worker for that.
Anyways, this is the closest Sheetz to me and i’m a huge Sheetz fan so I come here a lot. Came in the other night to get some late night munchies. Place my order, go up to the register where some short older lady comes to check me out. I give her my ticket and the total was 20.87. I thought i had like $24 in cash but I only had a 20.
I asked the lady if she was able to split it between Card and Cash. She dosent say anything and instead starts huffing and puffing like she’s the damn big bad wolf. She starts clicking and clacking on the computer and then just walks away with my ticket and 20 dollars. That whole time she didn’t say squat to me and just looked and huffed at me.
She finally comes back from the Food Ordering area and rudely asks how i’m going to pay. Mind you I literally had told her I could pay splitting it but she just wanted to moan about the whole thing and not tell me if that was okay to do or not. You’re at least 50 years old, learn how to communicate to your customers. The worst part is I know that she can because she was extremely sweet to the customers before me and after me.
Anyways,the other lady who works there at night is always nice so props to her. I’ll be back”

“I’ve always enjoyed this 7-Eleven compared to others in the area. I’ve been coming here on and off for about 25 years, and it’s usually clean with a friendly staff, which I really appreciate.
Lately, though, when I’ve stopped by late at night, the doors have been locked because the system is down or someone is cleaning. Since 7-Eleven is known for being open 24/7, it can be a little inconvenient when that happens.
Other than that, it’s still a solid spot, and I’d definitely recommend it.”

“This is the only store I come to. The mangers, employees everyone of them is the most pleasant people you would ever want to meet. They make you feel like you are the only one in the store. The store let me tell you about that. It is always clean. You see the employees and mangers always trying to do something good to make it better for the customers. “This morning I stopped by store, when I reached register I was greeted with sincerity by the young man Nehemiah (not sure on spelling) he not only was very professional, but noticed my face and naturally while ringing up said positive words , reminded me even though its a rainy day its a beautiful one. You never know what another person is going through and just by his customer service , which I don't see often and as a manager who deals with customer service he really stood out and did a spectacular job! Also as busy as the store stays, its well lit, clean and organized, and I've never had issues. The food is good also!”
“My first visit to this gas station was a pleasant surprise. I stopped by after leaving CVS with my fuel tank running on empty. The station, which I frequently pass by, was surprisingly empty at around 6 pm. Inside, the convenience store had a lovely scent, possibly from incense, and played good music. It was well-stocked, and the area around the gas pumps was well-maintained.The friendly gentleman behind the counter was helpful. I'm definitely returning to this hidden gem. The regular gas was priced at $3.49 per gallon. A great experience!”

“I stopped in here on a road trip. I didn’t get gas. I filled up at a different station but both of their bathrooms were out of order. That causes me to stop here. Yes, the bathrooms were clean as stated on their wall. Although I didn’t purchase gas, I spent my money on snacks and drinks.”
