Even though that branch closed and now use the Buckeystown branch, there has been no change in personal service. Their service has always been exceptional. The staff has always provided excellent customer support for whatever my needs have been. Even though I have moved out of the area, I still receive great service and don’t think I will ever take my business anywhere else. Lori B.”
“I drove 1.5 hrs to come to this bank too establishe a business account. Upon arriving the parking lot was well maintained, from the recent snow/ice storm. As I entered the bank I was amazed by the cleanliness of the building, not to mention everything looked new and fancy. I was greeted immediately with great hospitality. As Antonio came from his office to politely introduce himself and welcome me into his office. It was a pleasurable experience and I highly recommend Chase and this branch particularity. “I was confused about my most recent escrow statement, so I followed up with an appointment with the loan officer at this branch. I was greeted by all the lovely employees when I walked in, and I was able to see Sharon, the loan officer, right away. She was very patient with me and was able to find out and explain what was happening with my escrow. She also helped me to make a payment to make up for the shortage that was causing my monthly mortgage payment to go up so that I could have it lowered. I can't remember the last time I walked into a physical bank for anything, but it was a wonderful experience, and I greatly appreciate the help.”
“Wanted to share my experience today at the PNC Westview location because the customer service my daughters and I received from the assistant branch manager, Justin was outstanding. We came in because Google said they had a coin machine. I inquired with Justin when we came in and they did not, but he greeted us with a smile and said do you have time? I asked my 5 and 8 year old if they wanted to count the change and they smiled and said yes. He then proceeded to grab two coin holders and headed over to the table and chair area with us where we sat and counted my daughter’s change together for over 20 minutes. He then rolled all of the change and gave us cash for it. He couldn’t have been more patient or more kind in that moment. He didn’t have to do that, he could have sent us on our way, but he took the time to help us. The other employees in the branch were also very kind and got involved in little ways. Thank you again for giving us a portion of your day when you did not have to!”

“My mother was a long time customer at this ACNB branch. When she passed away, I took over as the Executor of her estate, work with the bank to access her funds, and then transfer them to a different bank because I live in a different state.
I was extremely impressed and grateful to the staff at this bank for helping me through this process, particularly Mr. Sallah, the bank manager. Mr. Sallah was incredibly communicative: he met with me in person when I was in town and was very responsive over the phone when I wasn’t. (One moment that really impressed me: I called around lunch time and got his voice mail but decided to call back later and didn’t leave a message. Nevertheless, he called me back 5 minutes later, even though he didn’t recognize my number or know why I called, simply because he saw a missed phone call on his desk phone.)
He walked me through the process of closing out her account and even took the extra step of returning important paperwork (the court letter of administration) back to me via priority mail so I could get it back as quickly as possible.
All for someone who wasn’t a bank customer but was instead closing out two accounts.
If I still lived in Fredrick, I would absolutely be a customer at this branch. Thank you again to everyone there, particularly Mr. Sallah. You helped make a very difficult time easier.”

I was originally in line when I got in but when a gentleman walked back to his desk, I peaked in and asked if he could help me and he gladly told me to have a seat. Doug was super friendly and helpful with any question that I had. He made the processes as smooth as possible and I was in and out within 10 minutes, if that. I greatly appreciated his time and quality of service.”
“I decided to start a new account with Bank of America because my current small credit union doesn’t offer many extra services like BofAm. I walked in, was told to wait just a few moments, and then one of the employees brought me to her office and took time to ask my goals, needs, and to answer any questions. She was professional and courteous. I had lots of questions and she was able to answer all of them. After meeting with her, I felt confident about how to access my account, deposit checks from my phone, how to order foreign currency, how to order checks, etc. I highly recommend this branch. The bank may be very busy at times, but they made my first experience a great one. Thank you to all of the employees!”
