I was able to select a vehicle quickly upon pickup, the agent at the exit had a smile, asked me some questions about where I was traveling and suggested a tolling transponder for my trip that would ultimately save me money. The vehicle I rented was brand new, less than 300 miles on it. The return process was frictionless and I felt that overall my experience was better than with other brands.”

“I was in a minor accident nearby and blew out my tire, I pulled in and asked if I could use their jack to put on the spare tire. One of the gentleman working in the shop came out and changed it for me, I offered to pay him and he refused. I want to thank Arbutus auto body and this young man for their kindness by helping me out when I was in need.”
“The owner picked me up near BWI and I had my car about fifteen minutes later. I saved a lot of money over renting at the airport location (which requires a shuttle ride from and to the airport) and the vehicle was entirely satisfactory. Plan on using Uber/Lyft/a taxi to get back to BWI; I used MTA and it takes half an hour to walk to the bus stop, sometimes in a busy road. I highly recommend Easy Car Rental.”
“I enjoy renting from NextCar. The front representatives are friendly & efficient. My only complaint is on two different occasions I have left items in the car and when i called back to retrieve them no one can seem to locate the items. I think any items left by customers should be taken to lost & found or the manager to login or contact the customer.”

“What's the point of putting in a reservation for a class of vehicle, and the branch calling to confirm your reservation if they aren't going to have the vehicle you booked available when you arrive?
The young man who checked me in unknowningly attempted to charge me the same fee even though they didn't have the car class I needed. The manager did step in to reduce the bill to fit the class vehicle they had available. Forunately we were able to make the vehicle they had work for our trip and it was clean. Jake was also very helpful during the return process. Overall the branch staff were friendly and professional. I would rent from this branch again.”

My Enterprise rental experience at the Catonsville, Maryland location was genuinely impressive. The GMC I received was spotless and equipped with Apple CarPlay, making the drive seamless and comfortable. While the originally promised vehicle wasn't available, the staff didn’t just apologize—they upgraded the offer with something even better. Although I declined due to personal driving needs, I appreciated the gesture and the flexibility they offered.
Customer service was next-level. From start to finish, the team was professional and friendly. Manager John stood out especially—he handed me his business card and invited me to call if I needed to extend the rental. That kind of personal touch turned a good experience into a great one. “Great customer service! When our vehicle broke down on a raod trip, we were able to make a reservation by phone and were on the road again within 45 minutes. Dalton and Germaine were particularly helpful- juggling multiple reservations on a busy Monday morning to get everyone out the door and on the road smoothly. Friendly, efficient, and competent. I had a 6am flight at BWI and had to drop off the rental car around 4am, and was nervous that it was going to be some little dark building in the middle of nowhere... quite the opposite, it was well-lit and safe, and had clean bathrooms, and the shuttle seems to run pretty regularly even at 4am! (Or we just got lucky.)”

“Best customer service experience I’ve ever had renting a car. Frankly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had period. Rahman went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to help me and my family switch to a larger car. We got a car at BWI (after waiting for 2.5 hours) on the 4th and it just didn’t have enough trunk space - everyone except for the driver was sitting with bags on their laps! I came into the Ellicot City branch on the 5th to see about switching, but bc of the holiday weekend inventory was really limited. Rahman gave me his direct line and promised that if I came back on Monday he’d have something bigger for me. Without fail, we showed up and were moved into a bigger car within 20 minutes of arriving (plus all paperwork). I saw one local come in and another call while I was there, and he was amazing with them too. Clearly a beloved guy and excellently office. Would absolutely rent from here again. This place redeemed my Budget rental experience. I’d give 10 stars if I could, and much of that has to do with the staff. THANK YOU RAHMAN!”

I was also given the opportunity to check in over the phone, which made the process at the location quick. I was there maybe 5-10 mins. Prices are reasonable!

“We needed a rental due to an accident. While my insurance company dropped the ball on the reservation, Enterprise was excellent in helping us figure out what went wrong and get the reservation figure out. The car was promptly cleaned and brought to us. Drop off at the car body shop was CLUTCH. Made it so much easier to leave it at the body shop and not worry about how to get it back. This is our 3rd rental from this location, and would definitely recommend it!”
