If you don't understand how banking works, you can learn from them. Also, they have the absolute BEST support staff that answers the customer support phone that you could ever experience. My wife, Joy, has been a member of HFCU since around 1970 and we have never met an individual who has been so knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and courteous to our needs and questions as Ms. Re.Others have tried to help but have often had to transfer us to one or another more experienced person. When we reached Ms. Re, she not only was able to answer our questions immediately, or refer us to the appropriate person (who answered us right away), but made very educated suggestions about how to transfer some of our savings into accounts with better returns and do the actual transactions for us.I understand Ms. Re has been ill for a while. When we attempted to contact her and were unable, we felt very much at sea.
