“Simply Investing is an amazing course run by an amazing person in Kanwal Sarai. With this course, I am comfortable with my investment choices and my time horizon is long enough such that I don't really care about the short-term fluctuations. Dividends matter a bunch and are essential for wealth growth. In my Roth IRA, I invested $16,000 total and I have about $21,300 (31.39% overall). This was over a two-year span. The volatility is much less than the market. I learned all of this from Kanwal's class. I highly suggest anyone who is interested in dividend investing to take the class. “After waiting for an hour at the Silver Spring PNC bank, where I was never serviced I then made an appointment online for the next day which they canceled that morning!! I was very frustrated and decided to try a different location for my wire transfer. I walked into the Rockville location and Jovanka Kelbaugh greeted me and said of course she could help me right away. She was kind, efficient, friendly and helped me with everything that I needed! “I have been a costumer at PNC for about 8 years now. The other day I received outstanding service I have never gotten before from any PNC. From arguing with workers and managers I was finally able to get genuine help from someone. Not only was the help quick and easy, the bank teller, named Kennedy, was able to explain everything to me in an understanding matter. For the first time I didn’t feel belittled by this banks workers.
I was having problems with my PNC app for days. My checks from work wouldn’t deposit and everyone I called for help through PNC or in person was not helpful. But the second I went to Kennedy she was ready and it seemed as if she knew the whole run down. While Kennedy kept our interaction very professional, I left with a smile on my face. After many tries I always contemplating ending my relationship with PNC especially more recently. But thanks to Kennedy I have a trusted, professional and also happy to help bank teller!!!

Preston solved the issue that I came into the bank for and he also followed up with me to assure me that the issue was resolved several days later. “I needed to order Euros for an upcoming trip and everyone at this branch were extremely friendly and personable. Upon arriving, I was greeted and asked what brought me into the branch.
I then worked with Cassondra and it was great. She explained the process of ordering the currency and, as promised, contacted me when my Euros were ready to be picked up.
The process was smooth and easy and I was waited on by Cassondra again earlier today when I came to pick up the money.
It is sometimes the little things that make for a great customer experience. And as a PNC Customer, I'll look to return to this branch for all future needs!”
