“Please note - I DO NOT LIKE shopping for clothes or shoes. However, I have found Kohl's to be friendly in store and the online ordering process to be as close to painless as possible. My recent trip to Kohl's went quickly (picking up an online order) and stumbling over a pair of reasonably priced shoes that came home with me. I will continue to shop at Kohl's despite not doing a lot of clothing or shoe shopping because I can find what I want and they have such lovely sales!”
“Kohls is over priced with very little deals now.Might be because all the shoplifting going on in the store. Even lower cost items are locked up with no one available to unlock the items.”

“I had an online order and it came a day or two outside the delivery window (no big deal, you are shipping my order across the country and you are a small business) and when I opened my package there was a lovely hand written card apologizing for the delay. Amanda is wonderful. 12/10 recommend boutique 44. Anyone with this level of customer service deserves all the praise and business!”

“I haven't been to Macy's in years because shopping just wasn't my thing for awhile but needed a nice dress for my Granddaughters wedding so where do you go Macy's. I was so pleased with what I bought. Everyone there was so helpful and pleasant. I really enjoyed being there. Everyone that I came in contact with was so nice. “I stopped by here during the week to look for some items. The store was very neat and organized and everyone in the store was very attentive. The customer service was great. The cashier, rayne, was extraordinarily polite. I had a large order and it was close to closing. But she did not make me feel rushed and she was not at all annoyed by the order or matching the current online sale. She was extremely pleasant. I am very happy with this store and would recommend it to anyone. They have a nice selection and everyone who was working in the store when I was there seemed very friendly and attentive.”
“My experience at Spencers, inside the White Marsh Mall is always very nice and pleasant. The store manager and staff are always very warm, and welcoming as soon as I come into the store. They're always asking if you need help with anything while shopping. Recently I had a little concern or issue with my purchase and refund/exchange but the store manager went above and beyond to explain to me my charges when I thought I was being overcharged. She was so patient and understanding when assisting me. She never once got mad or thought that I was irrational and even sympathized with me. I love this Spencers store and will always be their number one customer especially because they have the best graphic tees, dope BOGO sales and the best adult naughty products as well. ?”

“It was okay, very small selection of clothing just due to store size but I found something that would work for what I needed. The help is kind of scarce which has nothing to do with the help and more about corporations. But there was a woman wandering around in there, a very young woman, walking up to people and offering to pray for them. She should have been stopped. I informed her I was a very happy atheist and not currently having a super being tell me to kill other people in their name.”

“I needed a dress for a special occasion. Nancy, the sales clerk, kept locating dresses for me. Nothing was fitting g just right. Then she brought me a dress that fit just right and made me feel like a princess. Nancy then kept trying to find me a bolero jacket at another Talbots. None available. Her manager stepped in and showed me how to adjust a shawl/jacket a few different ways. Viola! A beautiful ensemble! Thank you very much. Go to Talbots for personal service. I will be back.”

“I have no business in a mall. Seriously I don't. I'm trying to cut back; however, in an effort to help out le boo, I found myself there. Anywho, I came in through the food court. The tables were spread out for the purpose of social distancing. It wasn't too crowded, and all of the people were wearing masks. I noticed that some of the open stores had capacity limits to ensure safety of others. Additionally, I noticed that some of the stores had barriers between staff and customers in the check out areas. Even if I don't think I need to be shopping, it isn't too bad at White Marsh.”

She was able to order my jeans and get them shipped to my home after doing everything in her power to even locate my order. She offered everything possible to resolve my issue.
