“Came in with a flat tire and it turned out that there was a very slow leak plus a broken tire sensor. The gentleman explained all the options very thoroughly, what was wrong, was very clear about the price, and gave updates throughout the 2 hour process in which they did a great job.

“Update: I got a hold of someone from the station and she was able to help me out. The "boost" is for a carwash. Apparently the system was messed up and the choices weren't obvious when displayed on the screen. The options were listed instead of being separated for each button. She apologized about the mess up and is having their system looked at. I did get a refund since I don't live in the area or have the time to get a car wash today.

Just got gas here this morning and noticed that my receipt got charged $13 extra for "boost?" What is this "boost"? When the screen popped up, giving me options I pressed on the bottom that I thought was for no and proceeded to put gas in my car. The screen wasn't very clear as to which button to press. I need to know what this boost means because now I got charged for more than what I wanted to put in. I also called, rang many times, and there was no answer.”

“As everyone knows, your customer experience varies by store location. In the case of CVS, this is a critical factor. On this front I have been visiting the CVS inside the Target store in Annapolis and surprised by the overall quality of the team, which far exceeds the other CVS's in the Annapolis area. The management is doing something right in this location with our service consistent across all our visits in the past few years. There appear to be no issues of employee morale, which are running at a near epidemic levels in almost all their other stores. The company focus on cost reduction is decreasing the staff in each location, which this store seems to have moved beyond.”

“This is one of the better Royal Farms in the area. Might be because it is fairly new, but it is pretty clean. I've had some food from here before and it was fine for gas station food. Never had any issues or problems at this Royal Farms. Pumps always work, the payment mechanisms at the pump are always working. The ATMs always work, the Lottery machine always works.”
“This High’s is awesome. It’s huge and new, with many pumps and inside holds a large variety of products from hot and cold food, drinks and other things. They have an automated lottery machine where I accidentally used a $100 bill thinking it was a $10. I didn’t realize it until 3 days later.We went back and asked if they found $90 and they saved it for us! There are honest people in the world!”
“Quick & easy place to grab odds & ends.Drinks,candy,snacks,a deli sub,salads,etc.The place is EXTREMELY TINY inside & does tend to get a little crowded!The check cashing is very convenient,however the lady who works behind the window is EXTREMELY rude most of the time!But overall a decent experience.”

“Took my car to mechanic bringing the parts that needed replaced. He changed air intake filters, which is a pain on my car, and replaced my front spoiler/deflector. Very nice work at a reasonable price. He also fixed a couple of little things and cleaned up undercarriage while car was in lift anyway. Recommended & thanks much!”
“This place is insane. I come from New York and there are 7-Elevens everywhere but usually are like the normal average looking store. This place is clean, staff is friendly, place is faced and stocked well and pretty much has almost all the up to date stuff 7-Eleven has to offer. The walls do need a little modernization, a little outdated, but overall this place has it all.”
“Good store that's walking distance from many of the homes. I like the good selection of products and I LOVE the fact that they are open late into the night! Sometimes you've gotta take a quick trip to pick up some basics and it sucks when everywhere is closed. But 5th Street is my go-to option for late night snacks and other essentials”

“Nothing but good things to say about this 711. I go here almost every day. Everything is always in stock. If there is hot food that isn't set out, they will not hesitate to cook it for you. If the coffee is out or old, they will make it fresh for you on the spot. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone there deserves a raise. I wish I could say the same about the 711 on the corner of Ft. Smallwood and Hog Neck Rd. That one is way closer to me and I refuse to go there. Keep up the good work Mountain Rd. 711!!!”

“Went to this 7/11 on 12/31/2022 at 2:20am and ordered a cheese pizza for around $5. Miss Wendy working night shift by herself rung me up and was very polite and helpful, she even got me to sign up for the rewards program that is free and on my phone so that I would save $2 on my pizza! Wendy is a great worker and deserves a raise, there's not many with her customer service skills.”
