“I haven't been to a forman Mills in a while but I recently visited this location. Still they have cold selective items for different varieties of people sizes.
Ps: be careful with the return policy and if the item doesn't have a tag on it make sure they make you one. And no return on clearance at this location , only Iverson Mall's location. ( This was mentioned from a manager at the store)

“I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but I knew I didn’t want to spend a lot of time shopping. A sales associate, Lennasha, came to assist me. She was not only friendly, she was very patient. She made my shopping experience pleasant.
When checking out, Taylor also made sure it was seamless. She was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, I didn’t feel rushed. I’ll definitely be returning.”

Larissa is pleasant and very knowledgeable. There was also another wonderful associate, Rosa. She also took time to make sure I was assisted.

My initial visit was to pay my mom Macy’s bill but at the last minute and right before closing time I wanted to get a small mini make over. Ms Kori was kind, professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly patient. She did not make me feel rushed, answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns in addition to giving me advice. I know how it feels when you’re at the end of completing your shift as time is winding down and I never felt that at all from Ms. Kori as she gave me her undivided attention.

“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”

“04/01/2025-I have not been inside Marshall’s since Covid 2019. I dropped in to browse the aisles and unwind, looking shoes, a ? dress or outfit to perform in, and pants for office wear! I found the same trendy clothing and styles in Marshall’s to reflect the same merchandise inventory to match Burlington’s! Now I did notice that the prices at Burlington were a little bit more affordable for my pockets. * Same style dresses and all. I enjoyed my browse! I ended up buying a pair of light blue rewash, classic rise A Line blue jeans! *$19.99 and some herbal teas! I am excited! I enjoyed myself-browsing! I had fun, a good wholesome fashion experience!”

“This is the smallest exchange I’ve ever been to but the point of the missing star is that the computer systems are very slow. I went to get my temporary star card printed and it was not the lady’s fault but her computer was extremely slow and she mentioned that this is pretty much always an issue. They have customers trying to purchase items at the desk so having a slow system is not ideal.”

“My shopping experience at Walmart has been great and I never had any sort of issues at this shopping center. I've been shopping here for quite some time and I can say that everytime I've been here, everything had gone smoothly. I was always able to get my shopping done quicky and easily at this Walmart. I visit this Walmart every now and then and the store really hasn't changed one bit, which I find nice. Even though they have moved some things around to different areas, that really hasn't bothered me much at all. I haven't needed much customer support when shopping at Walmart because I am able to find what I need without the use or direction of another human being. Besides that, I really don't have anything negative to say about this fine establishment ever since I've started shopping here. After having less than good experiences with several online retailers and having consistency issues with Amazon, Walmart has been a very pleasant surprise. I really like their reliability, product availability, good prices and the ability to return to the local store if necessary. They deserve the 5 star rating for everything that they have provided for me.”
