“Under the newer management the progress they've been making in clearing out problem tenants and addressing long term maintenence issues is clear. One of the cleaner complexes I've been in across all price points and the maintenance and grounds team is very dedicated and even in heavy snow this past winter made sure the stairs were all salted and they even rented a snow bob to handle it all.
I've had past issues with a neighbor and unfortunately had to throw a bit of a fit to be heard and get help to resolve the issue. But as soon as the situation was clear to management they addressed the issue to my satisfaction and we've renewed. Ask my other neighbors are extremely courteous even though they all keep mostly to themselves.
They also handle unit access considerations extremely well and always are accommodating in doing maintenance when I'm home. Special thanks to Joia, Katie and Reggie for all their continued efforts in making this a great community to live in.

“HH Mid-Town is a building with a great amount of common space . The shower has amazing water pressure . For the most part , I would recommend this place to people if asked . Lei and Trin help us to make the building feel homely as well .”

“Finding housing from out of state can often be a daunting process, but Lachon from the leasing office made the entire experience incredibly straightforward and manageable. Bright, clean, and stylish, with big windows that bring in all the light and finishes that feel fancy without being over the top.
Location? Locust Point is unbeatable—walk to groceries, bars, and the waterfront. It’s city living with a neighborhood vibe. Downsides? Rent’s on the pricier side, parking can feel steep, and you might catch a little city noise here and there.
Still, for the views, vibe, and convenience? 4/5 stars. Anthem House knows what’s up.”

“The Community center, a place where people get together to talk, chat, swim, and workout. Most community centers don't have as many amenities as this one. Our community center at Piney Orchard has a nice well kept gym with various workouts available with their equipment. Even though it's not the biggest gym it has the essentials that any gym should have.
Their pool is nice and popular. It has a good amount of space for a lot of people to swim and cool off on a hot summers day. ( There is also an indoor pool in the community center with a hot tub inside to chill and decompress)
Their lounge is very nice, it has a lot of couches and chairs for you to comfortably relax and chill on. ( Side note, outside the gym doors there is a soda machine and a vending machine for snacks)
Even though it's not inside the community center building itself. I had to say how beautiful their lake is, they have a lot of flowers and plants next to the river and next to the path around the lake.
Overall: 8.9/10

“I recently toured Chase House for my parents, and I was truly impressed with the staff's professionalism and friendliness. Mrs. Pam went above and beyond, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt confident about the facility. I have no doubt my parents will love their new home here. “I'm leaving this from a private account because I don't want to be reached out to... It's just after reading through some of the other reviews, I wanted to give my honest and unbiased opinion as a tenant who has been here for a few years now and has seen the change in management. There definitely has been a little bit of turnover in the last few months, the old manager and leasing team seemed a bit all over the place and unsure/overwhelmed with a lot of broken promises, I will be honest. However, there is an entirely new staff downstairs who I have gone down and met and after speaking with them have been doing their job for a while now and you can tell they genuinely care about cleaning up the mess that was left before them. I don't think it's fair for them to be shamed for things they have no control over due to the poor management before them. I've seen the package room cleaned and have apartment numbers written on it for organization. The new leasing member, Trinity, has quite literally pulled out every single package out of the lockers just to find one for me due to Amazon's carelessness. She and her colleague also always speak when I walk by and are extremely friendly. Please take note that I truly don't believe the poor reviews reflect the new team here. I had an issue where the old manager never posted my $500 credit for a referral I gave, went down to the office and it was resolved that same day. I plan to renew my lease when it's up in May with the added trust and kindness of the new team and encourage you to keep this in mind when reading through the reviews.”

But let me tell you JESSICA McDONALD was and will always be such a blessing in any environment she works in, and her spirit is full, and she is so helpful and kind and respectful. “I just rented a one bedroom apartment at Gallery Tower and the leasing agent Fatima was really helpful and informative during the apartment tour as well as the application process. She was very knowledgeable about the apartment, the building amenities and answered all my questions during application process very patiently. Highly recommend working with this professional.
As for the apartment, it’s pretty spacious for a one bed with ample storage, large kitchen and a great view from the 16th floor. I will post further edits to my review as I start living here this month.”
“The maintenance team is very prompt. Especially Will has helped me out a bunch. The leasing office is quite helpful as well, Janice is very friendly. Building is old but the efficiency of the maintenance team quite makes up for most of it. Lifts alone are still an issue cause there’s a never a time when all of them work.”

“Just had an amazing tour with Rocky and we can’t wait to make Tindeco our new home! The apartments were beautiful and spacious with great views. The building is located in a super walkable neighborhood with the marina, stores, restaurants and parks nearby. Touring with Rocky was exceptional. She took her time with us and she was personable, informative and friendly which made us feel right at home. We also got to meet a few tenants and they told us how much they loved living there. Thanks again for your time, Rocky!”

“My experience at My. Washington Seminole apts had its ups and downs trying to get maintenance done and getting thru to the office. However, working with Mona was very interactive and helpful. Mona worked with me tiny try and get relocated within the community but eventually it seemed better to relocate to a bldg with an elevator and senior activities. Due to decisions taking longer than anticipated, it became a time crunch to get moved out. Mona is very pleasant to work with.”

“Amazing move in experience at this apartment. For those who want to move, apartments are affordable, well kept, bug free, and exactly as pictured.
I highly recommend Elena in the office. She has been phenomenal in explaining the process, what extra amenities you have (there’s quite a bit that comes with living in Piney orchard in addition to Riverscape amenities), and helpful in choosing an apt as well.
The women in the office are amazing and I’ve had wonderful interactions with each of them.”
“First of all, I appreciate the peace, quiet and cleanliness provided by the Ashberry. I’ve lived here close to 6 years and I’m still pleasantly impressed by the attention paid to the details that make life here comfortable and enjoyable. It’s pest and critter (think rodent) free. The maintenance staff is fast and reliable.
Lastly but most importantly, I have to give kudos to the manager, Corrie. She is very responsive, extremely professional and always friendly.”
