No five stars, since the staff seems to hide when they see you coming. ? Could definitely benefit from an older experienced plumber. Sign of the times I guess.”

“I've routinely shopped at this Home Depot since moving to the area and every experience has been positive.The location is convenient, there is plenty of parking, they actually put barriers up so people don't park illegaly in front of the store, and every time I've visited Customer Service for an order pickup or return the folks working there have been efficent and the line moved quickly.Whenver there's something not on the shelves, someone has always been able to quickly retrieve what I needed.There's lots of decent Home Depot stores in this region, but this one stands out as one of the best.”

I have been having some health issues where walking is difficult so I am glad we didn't have to go to another store. My recommendation is to have more help to assist your customers. “I decided to shop at the Home Deport on Ordinance Road in Glen Burnie after having a bad experience at a different location. My experience was different as night and day. John went out of his way to look for a vacuum I had researched online. He found it and delivered it to my destination in a cart with a big smile. Tiffany was very pleasant when I checked out. The boy in the lot offered to load my car and take may cart. The store was much cleaner and more organized.”
