“I do love this store BUT I was made to feel awkward by a cashier recently, she believed I was paying her with fake money, completely unfair to me as it is U.S. currency, she did not have a pen to test it nor a money counter to stick it in, she did have some sort of light that works for new currency but not old currency.. I knew the bill was real as I work with money for a living and tend to collect old bills. Shame on the company for not having something so simple to avoid making your customers feel like a problem guest.”

Long lines later in the evening and the self-checkout wasn’t available for some reason.
It’s a real reason not to go to the physical store, which is a loss for the company because I spend so much more impulsively in the store later in the evening after a not-so-great day at work when I want to make myself feel a little happier!!!”

I recently picked up a C.O. Bigelow lip balm here, and I’m obsessed! The prices are so reasonable for the quality you’re getting. The store is well-organized, and the staff are always friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better.”

“All of the regulars love Ms. PJ at the pharmacy, honestly. In line today someone was on the phone while checking out. The person on the phone call asked," is that ms pj working?" Then proceeded to chat with her too. She's always such a joy, so warm and welcoming. It's the reason I'm there over any other competition in the area. Somebody get that woman a raise, they don't make employees like her anymore!”
“So many selections, great discounts, if you're returning certain items make sure you check their policy online first because I've had a manager tell me that I could not return an item that I bought from her (right after I bought it) thankfully I continued my shopping while looking online and went back to show her that I was allowed to return the item.”

“I went to the Bowie Walmart yesterday morning about 9:00 a.m. I was pleasantly surprised!! I shop at Walmart both online and in store. The Bowie store was one of my least favorites. It was a running joke that this store was a "hit or miss." However, the shelves were stocked and organized. Store staff were available and working. It was clean. It was such a great experience, I actually did more shopping than I planned!! I wanted to do a happy dance. I was so excited that I wanted to share my delight with the manager, so I ask a staff person if I could speak with the manager (not explaining why). Well, the staff person took me to customer service and it turned into disappointment (this is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5). The staff person requested the customer service rep to call the manager for me and the young lady refused. The staff person asked several times and the young women's response was "you call him." Very unprofessional and all of this was done in front of me - the customer. I just walked away. But I still wanted to share the "job" well done on the other points.”

“My shepherd had severe hot spots and skin irritation from normal pedigree dog food ya get at the grocery store. I was at this Tractor Supply in Lothian, and noticed the large selection of animal food that I had no idea was there. Their sales associate, Kevin Steinbauer saw I looked puzzled and asked to be of help. I explained my dog's skin issues and Kevin immediately knew he has seen this many times, while suggesting i try 4 Health brand they carry. After several weeks of this food, the bag is empty, my dog's skin has cleared up and I now need to head back to Tractor Supply for another.... Great service from knowledgeable employees makes for a great shopping experience.”
