“I just had a VERY POSITIVE interaction, by telephone of all things. I needed to retrieve a package that needed my signature, and the online automated system was of no help (sigh), but I called, spoke to a wonderful representative who took personal action to ensure I could designate someone to pick up the package for me, and accomplished getting the package. This was after two months of USPS system problems and errors. In other words, the person at the Edgewater Post Office helped me overcome the USPS system problems, in the most friendly, caring, and helpful way I could want. Well done, and THANK YOU.”
“Very helpful. Last year and just recently I went this post office to get a passport for my kids and me. Diana helped both times. She was incredible. She was very detailed oriented and made sure that we had everything filled out correctly. All throughout the process she was very friendly and helpful. “I went into the Owings Maryland post office today to make a purchase. I was a little apprehensive after reading the many negative reviews. To my surprise it was totally the opposite. Nicole was VERY professional, she greeted me as soon as I walked in. I also needed additional information regarding another postal matter. Nicole answered all my questions without hesitation. “When my box was an awkward size that would have been very expensive to ship, the lovely lady up front went through all the boxes in the back looking for the right sized one for what I was shipping (while helping other customers on a Saturday morning) and helped me get the cost down and my niece's present out the door. Thank you!!”
“We went to get passports with our daughter today. Aside from the internet being down and having to go get cash to pay for them since the credit card machines were down as well (which is out if their control) we had a pretty good experience. Dalisha was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and even patient while I had to make a few phone calls to find out a few pieces of information from family that I was not aware was needed on our passport applications. She was able to answer all of my questions and helped complete the passport forms. She knew all the documents needed and exactly how everything was to be prepared. Didn’t get the gentleman’s name who took our pics, but he was also helping other customers while we working on the passport forms with Dalisha and he also seemed very friendly and knowledgeable.”
