We had been turned away by so many groomers in the area because of our dog's difficult temperment and we were losing hope, afraid we'd never find someone to help with him. Even our vet only recommended sedated grooming! We saw Tori at Bark and Bath and she was so patient and gentle towards him. She really understands the needs of anxious dogs and you can see her training in this area through her gentle approach. She went above and beyond, not only grooming his basic needs, but styling him and making us all feel comfortable. We are so grateful and will be taking him back to her again! We do miss the convenience of their mobile service, but the in person visit was much more affordable and we had a great experience!
