“Went to them after a recommendation from Carmax and ran into Evan who stated they were super busy and I would have to make an appointment but came out to look at my car anyway, he tried his personal cord in my car and his phone and to my surprise it worked (the Apple CarPlay) (I tried 6 cords and 2 appointments at carmax and couldn’t get it to work) I said what kind of cord do I need he went into detail (keep in mind he was slammed busy) about charging cords and data cords and decided to give me his personal cord and told me to have a great day!!! He could have easily sold me a cord or m made me an appointment but decided to help me out!!! Loved my experience!!! Thanks Evan!!!”
“Came to this store in New year's eve right before closing. My sister had dropped her phone in water and it would not charge. Alex and Jose were so nice. They cleaned her phone and got it charging again within minutes. They did it with a smile. The store was clean and smelled good. We were very happy to receive great customer service from these young men!”

“I really had an incredible experience shopping here. I know a little about audio equipment, but was certainly hoping for some help choosing an amp and set of speakers for my vinyl turntable. I've been to plenty of other stores where the "customer service" was condescending and tried to upsell me. Soundscape was very different. Ed listened to my needs and budgetary restrictions and gave me several incredible options within these parameters. He was helpful and insightful without being pushy or condescending. We also listened to some really great tunes on really great speakers while I was deciding. This was exactly the experience I needed to make an informed decision and I will return when I'm ready to purchase any more home entertainment audio equipment. “Great experience, steph was super helpful for the moment I walked in the door and made my purchase a breeze! The gentleman that helped me with my purchase of my new car radio and navigation center, was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly! I'm not taking any stars off for this but my only complaint is that it took more than a month to schedule an install. That was kind of a bummer, thank goodness I was able to get my old get my old radio to partially work so I wasn't without for that month. But I just wish when you made a purchase you didn't have to wait more than 30 days to get a slot for installation. I kind of get it, but I don't like it! ?”
