“We mainly go to this, specific store because of the young lady excellent customer service skills, she's very patient she'll answer any questions that you have and she'll always tell about the current deals that they have.”
“I just want to acknowledge Jimmy (pretty sure). He was very helpful in the store with me personally. What stood out was as I saw him getting off work for the night, he stopped to take time and help a customer in the parking lot with T-Mobile questions….
Off the clock….That’s a guy you should be lucky to have.”
“Yanna was a delightful person to work with while my phone was being worked on she did a great job helping me understand what was being done to fix my phone to calm my anxiety.”

“Joshua was very helpful and explained the pros and cons of the TV we selected. He was approachable, patient, and willing to answer our questions, even outside of his duty hours. We truly appreciated his excellent customer service and assistance.”
