“After 48 hours of my phone not working, countless hours on the phone with both Apple and T-Mobile, and even leaving the Apple Store in tears feeling frustrated and defeated, I finally received the help I needed from Andrew at the T-Mobile store.
I spent about 3 hours on the phone with Apple, 2 hours with T-Mobile the day before, and another trip to the Apple Store where I sat for nearly an hour with no resolution.
