“This place is incredible. I’ve never seen a place work so quickly and everyone is so kind and friendly. I needed a sensor checked out and they found a nail in my tire and then 3 other sensors messed up. Without them I would be in trouble on the side of the road in the future. They are the best in Baltimore by far for any car work.”

“I called looking for four tires for my wife’s vehicle, which takes an unusual and hard-to-find size. Thankfully, Bain, the Assistant General Manager, answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable, informative, professional, and most of all, helpful.
I was so impressed with the service I received from Bain over the phone that I decided to drive an hour from DC to this location, even though there is an NTB literally across the street from where I live. That alone should tell you how impressed I was!
When I arrived, the great customer service continued. Bain was welcoming, professional, and had such a positive attitude. The trip was definitely worth it.

“I have been going to Lockett’s for a couple of years doing some major maintenance (100k tune up) and other standard car maintenance and brakes. Always honest and they stand by their work. Recently had a water pump replaced as it was going bad. After bringing the car home, there was a coolant leak near the repair. An o-ring caused it and Lockett fixed it immediately. Things like this happen and it’s the overall integrity that’s important.

“I could tell that my tire was leaking air, so I drove to Brooks Huff hoping it wouldn’t be too busy. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the nail in my tire and patched it very quickly. I am so thankful to have an efficient and reliable auto center to go back to next time! I would highly recommend this location for your car needs!”

“The day before Thanksgiving I came to Carney Tire with a damaged tire hoping to get it replaced before my holiday travel plans the next day. Paul, a service associate explained that they were busy but if I left the tire with them they would do their best to make the repair by closing. I received a call around 4:30 advising that the repair was complete, they installed the tire and I was pleased to continue my travel plans on four good tires and the spare in the trunk. “I took my 2017 Hyundai Tucson to these professional and kind people. I had a break light that went out and my husband said while he gets the food I should find an auto repair shop, I choose Framerite the customer service was extremely wonderful.
The waiting area was so cool it was like stepping into a man cave that us women would love to at least I know that I enjoyed it.
They fixed my car with no problem and gave me a loaner car while we waited for the end result.

I say that because I (as I’m sure most other customers probably already do too) travel with confidence to your shop from wherever life may take Us for all of our car care needs. Thats how much of an incredible impression you’ve made with our family!
You’ve been providing trusted care repair/maintenance service to us personally for about 20 years on multiple vehicles. I don’t know where the time goes but it goes. My son was a toddler when we were first referred to your shop and now he’s 21 ?. Time and Time again, you have never let us down. Never. And I don’t say that lightly. At the time, the team was headed by Larry and your Master mechanic Dan (I believe) and they were the epitome of a trusted team who did great work and it looks like they’ve passed the baton exceptionally well!!
We’ve had multiple times of major work done here from (our very first experience there was engine repair) and also regular yearly maintenance/minor repairs(oil changes, brake service, battery replacement, and tune ups) etc. and after each time, our cars not only ran like new but the life of the vehicles extended well beyond its time. You guys trustfully and responsibly price compare parts which is greatly appreciated these days when anything is overly expensive. You make sure to put special focus if cars need major work done and additionally provide a quick day turnaround for minor/yearly maintenance service.

Based on some of the Google reviews, we definitely aren’t specially treated. Your team clearly extend that to EVERYONE as any decent and credible business should. But if someone in the comments had a less than 4 star experience, please give them one more chance to right it. “Honestly one of the best places I’ve been to in a long time for auto service where the customer service was immaculate. I went for an alignment and the prices seriously can’t be beat. $199.99 + tax but I had a coupon for $35 off and only came out to $88. It was done quickly and efficiently and I couldn’t have came to a better place.
Tay was great. He said he gets an extra day off if I leave this review so I’m expecting him to get that 😂.”

I initially took my Jeep to repair 1 tire but the main man at the front desk was so incredibly knowledgeable and really helpful that I returned several times after for all of the preventative services he suggested. “A good, honest auto mechanic is hard to find. ? I made an appointment to get my Maryland State inspection. I told the gentleman I might need front brakes. He said they only do brakes the right way and told me what it would cost, but also said I probably didn't need brakes. I don't know what he did, but my front suspension is tightened up and I didn't have to pay for a brake job because I didn't need brakes.
