“I was able to schedule an appointment on Tuesday for today (Thursday 1st thing in the morning) with Tim. When I arrived (at 7:30am), he got me checked in right away and explained the techs come in at 8 and my car would be pulled in 1st. He gave me a break down of maintenance recommendations but was not pushing for a sale on any other service. He explained what to take care of first and quoted the price (which was about the same as over the phone) and said the work would be done by 10. I walked down to Burger King and he called at 9:45 letting me know my car was ready. I will be returning for other services and recommending the location to friends.”

What I got was fantastic customer service end to end. Kevin and Will were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly kind and funny as all heck. Those two dudes deserve a raise, or sainthood, or at least a dinner out from upper management. The team that worked on my car did an impeccable job.
