“This is my first and last time here ...the wait time is ridiculous atleast at Pikesville you have someone to greet you and give some type direction...no one to ask for help the two associates working at their desk have been working with the same people for atleast an hour please get these people some helpI moved it up to five star I was very impressed with Mr Coates calling to apologizing about my experience at this branch and once he explained the staffing issues I realized I made the review out of frustration and not logic and I learn it’s best to make an appointment ?”
