“Staff has always been extremely helpful and patient with my 93 year old dad. The folks at the Randallstown Wells Fargo graciously provide assistance, while going the extra distance to understand his financial needs, and communicate the process thoroughly. I am on accounts as well, and have been very satisfied with the service overall.”

“This is my first and last time here ...the wait time is ridiculous atleast at Pikesville you have someone to greet you and give some type direction...no one to ask for help the two associates working at their desk have been working with the same people for atleast an hour please get these people some helpI moved it up to five star I was very impressed with Mr Coates calling to apologizing about my experience at this branch and once he explained the staffing issues I realized I made the review out of frustration and not logic and I learn it’s best to make an appointment ?”

“I had to close an account belonging to my dad due to his passing from COVID-19. I read reviews and they were pretty bad. I was pretty skeptical but gave them a chance. Well long story short, the customer service was exemplary. The guard at the door was very professional and friendly and the personal banker, Janae, was the best. She was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Kudos to the group at this branch.”

“This week I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Kiara P. at the Randallstown Branch, and I was so impressed with her professionalism and customer service. It was a pleasure to be served by someone who was not only kind and patient, but also very informative about changes that are happening at MECU. Thank you Kiara.”
