“I was having a plumbing problem and neither Lowe's or Home Depot had the parts I needed to fix the issue. Had resigned myself to calling an expensive plumber out. Someone recommended to check Ferguson plumbing supply and I'm grateful they did. Received excellent customer service from the knowledgeable staff member. I showed him the broken piece of pipe and explained the issue. He immediately got me the two parts I needed and was on my way. Fixed issue perfectly. Big thanks to that man!”

“The staff are always friendly and helpful, the location is super convenient near other shopping stops, and the store is always clean and well lit. YES, the prices are about 20-25% higher than Home Depot or Lowes, but this is so much easier than farther away to the bigger box stores and fighting the larger crowds and parking lots. You should check their inventory online because they do have smaller selection being a small store. Sign up for the rewards program to get the regular % off and $ off coupons, which makes the prices much more comparable....also they do discounted specials on their own gift cards around Black Friday and Christmas. Strangely, the Ace store in Severna Park is owned by a different family so the computers don't cleanly accept each other's coupons but they always are willing to match and do an override. We bought our gas fireplace here as well and overall had a nice experience with them too.......so overall, we like supporting this little local store.”

“Really enjoyed working with Rosalie (5 stars). Purchased a dining room set and chandelier. Items were delivered w/in the same month which is a plus. Would love to purchase more lighting only if their team would install. Took my electrician longer than expected to assemble and install the chandelier, but overall quality is great!I gave 4 stars only because the table leg had a minor ding near the foot, but noticeable considering the money paid. RH called to fixed it, but they’re using a contractor to fix it rather than their own technician. They have yet to reach out. Will update review when and if it does happen.”

He not only verified the product was on site, but looked up its exact location, and then Tim and Da'amio spent the necessary time to get equipment and pallets to bring it to where we were waiting.We very much appreciate the Best in Customer Service at our Annapolis Home Depot. You rock!I should add that we'd ordered something online from a different HD location. It was cancelled a few hours after ordering. Hubby thought we should give Annapolis a try. He was so right! “I was searching for a bolt. When I entered I stopped at Customer Service. The lady escorted me to the expert (Yes, expert.) He searched with me and showed me the name and the dimensions and checked another local store to assure me they had the bolt in stock. He borrowed my phone to get a good pic of the bin codes and the bolt. I got my bolt at the other store from the expert there (Yes, expert.) I am a fan of Home Depot.”
