“My bmw car was hit in DC and the person who hit me had GEICO insurance and GEICO sent me to Car Collison in Maryland. The drop off process was extremely easy and they gave me an estimate and took my car and gave me a time frame of when to expect the car and I left it with them. Without asking, they provided me with text picture updates on the status of my car and in the text messages informed me that the car would be finished on time. When I picked up the car, we went over it and it looked brand new. When I got home I realized that one of my back windows wasn’t working properly and I called them. I scheduled an appointment with them and showed up as scheduled and within 15 minutes they had corrected the problem. They were very friendly and extremely professional to work with and I am 100 percent satisfied with the work on the car but more importantly I loved the service and updates they provided to me. I would utilize their services again and recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with getting their car fixed.”

“I just have to say, the team at Han's Auto Body is absolutely top-notch. I recently had my 2025 Cadillac Optiq in for some work, and the experience was just fantastic from start to finish. Paul and Julio, in particular, were amazing. They kept me completely up to date on everything that was going on with my car. We had weekly check-ins, which was so helpful for setting expectations and understanding the timeline. They were also total pros at dealing with my insurance company and so knowledgeable on the whole process. I basically didn't have to do a thing. It took so much stress off my plate. Even with all the huge backorders for auto parts happening right now, the team at Han's was honest and set realistic expectations. That made planning my life around the repair so much easier. And when I picked my car up, it looked amazing! They even waxed it, which was such a nice touch and greatly appreciated. I really can't say enough good things about them. It's a 12/10 from me, I would absolutely go to Han's again! If you want quality work from a wonderful team that actually cares about the consumer then THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!”

“I would like to give a raving review to Karen Kliaz! He assisted me with the purchase of my used 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I live out of state and found the vehicle on the dealership website. Karen responded to my inquiry immediately and answered all my questions promptly and diligently. He coordinated all of my paperwork ahead of time, so when I flew in a couple of days later, everything was prepared and ready to go. I also had the privilege of chatting with Karen in person for an extended time, and he is truly a wonderful young professional who genuinely cares about his customers. I would also like to give a big thank you to Danny, the finance manager, for creating such a seamless purchase and transfer of ownership. And thank you to the service staff for detailing my truck and making it feel like a brand-new vehicle. Overall, it was a top-notch experience with the entire Mini of Montgomery staff. I cannot thank you enough for helping me get into my vehicle!”

“I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Henson’s. From the moment I walked in, my salesman Sandro made me feel comfortable and never pressured. He stayed completely focused on my needs, was knowledgeable about every step of the car-buying process, provided transparent information, and worked with me to finalize the deal. Sales manager Jorge communicated clearly, followed up promptly, and helped make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Ethell, the finance manager, explained every option in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my financing decisions. The whole process was organized, quick, and completely transparent. Thank you, Henson’s!”

“I brought my car here a few months ago for repairs and was beyond satisfied with the repairs. I liked that they kept me updated and dealt with my insurance directly instead of me playing monkey in the middle. Unfortunately, I was recently in an accident. Without hesitation, I knew that I would choose this shop to handle the repairs again. The staff always seem to go above and beyond for their customers compared to other typical repair shops I have been to. I don't know much about cars so I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything to me so I could also understand what was going on as well. I got my car back yesterday & I am once again extremely satisfied with the high quality work they did and for their customer service :) Special thanks to Jose for personally handling my car repairs and making sure everything was taken care of!”

“Friendly and knowledgeable staff, with good service and good prices, and no pressure towards services you don't need. When I got a flat, they quickly and inexpensively plugged a tire that was fixable when they easily could have tried to sell me a new one. Thousands of miles later, when it was time to replace the set, they had top-rated Michelins in-stock at a reasonable price, and they were able to do an oil change along with the tire installation and alignment. This is a not just a good neighborhood tire place—it's also my new go-to for other auto maintenance like oil changes.”

“**The best experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop!** After my car was rear-ended, I was worried about the repair process, but this shop made the entire experience incredibly easy and stress-free. Not only did they do an excellent job fixing my car, but they also went above and beyond to work around my schedule. My car was ready on Friday instead of Monday—much earlier than promised. Since I had to leave the country, I truly appreciated how quickly they completed the repairs. They even waited an extra hour after the shop had closed so I could pick it up after work before my departure. That level of customer service and consideration truly meant a lot to me. From scheduling the repairs to dropping off and picking up my car, everything was seamless and a breeze. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs quality repairs and exceptional customer service!”

“Fitzgerald Subaru Service in Gaithersburg is excellent and the staff all helpful and friendly. However, the scheduling center leaves much to be desired. The first person I spoke with to make an appointment was so rude to me. What is interesting is she said the first availability for an oil change was 11:30 am on the day I requested, so I said okay I will take that appointment. After getting her rude tone of voice after I asked some simple questions (such as if I could drop the car off in the morning and get it back before 3 or 4), I asked to speak to someone in service so I could find out what else my car needed. After speaking to the service advisor he transferred me back to the schedulers because the rude woman did not schedule me. Lucky for me, I got a different woman who was said the first availability is 9:15 am. So it was only two minutes since the first scheduler said she only had 11:30 am open. I hate calling the schedulers at Fitzgerald. You never know if you will speak to someone who is rude or who is helpful. But those working in the service department are all great.”

“We had an excellent experience with Mario Fernandez at Ourisman Chevrolet! From the moment we walked in, Mario greeted us and immediately made us feel welcome. He was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the entire process. We spent hours with him, and at no point did we ever feel rushed or pressured. Mario took the time to explain every detail of every vehicle we were considering and really listened to what we were looking for, both in a vehicle and financially. We originally went in thinking we knew which car we wanted, but with Mario’s help, we ended up with an even better vehicle for our family at almost the same cost as the one we originally had in mind. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. He made the entire car buying experience stress-free and enjoyable, which isn't something you always get when purchasing a vehicle. We absolutely love our new Suburban and couldn’t be happier with our decision. It turned out to be the perfect vehicle for our family, and we are so thankful Mario helped make it happen. If you’re looking for a vehicle, we highly recommend Mario Fernandez! He truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have asked for a better salesman or a better experience.”

They helped make the entire process seamless and based on the cost and craftsmanship, we would go back even without using insurance. Highly recommend. Our car looks as good as new!”

“5/5 Stars – Incredible Service and Lightning Fast Turnaround! I was referred to Kelley’s Auto Body Shop in Kensington, MD and I had the absolute best experience! It’s a fantastic father and son business, and you can really feel that local, personal touch the moment you walk in. I worked with Raffi, who is absolutely superb. I needed a color match for a new driver-side front door and front fender—a task that can be tricky and expensive—but Raffi went above and beyond to make sure the match was nearly perfect. To top it off, he even reattached my front bumper! Couldn’t thank them enough. Why you should choose them? * Speed: I dropped my car off and it was ready for pickup the NEXT DAY in the afternoon. In an industry where shops usually keep your car for weeks, that kind of turnaround is unheard of. * Affordability: The rates were incredibly fair and affordable, especially considering the high quality of the work. * Customer Service: Raffi has a great personality and makes the whole process stress free. He actually cares about the work and the customer. If you’re looking for honest, professional, and lightning fast auto body work, I highly recommend this shop hands down. Support this local gem!”

“I had an unfortunate luck of experiencing an hit and run in the parking lot. I didn't know which body shop to take it to, but I was referred to Total Recon and decided to give it a try. The team at Total Recon did an amazing job restoring my car's body. It looks as good as new, and they even cleaned the interior. My car looked better than I originally purchased it.The repair was completed on time, and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold on anything I didn’t need. They even provided the new Tesla Model Y as my rental which was nice to experience. Highly recommend! They have earned my trust and future business!”

“JR Autobody Shop is the friendliest shop, most efficient shop I've experienced! JR (The owner) has a lot of experience when it comes to repair cosmetics, paint, fenders, cracks, and anything autobody. His shop is run by his family with a few other great professionals with keen, detailed-oriented eyes. JR's process is simple. Bring your car, he does the estimate, you keep your car while he researches the parts needed, emails you an estimate, you pay a security deposit, he orders the parts and gets to painting them, then call you up to bring your car and can have it turned around in a day. (But this is my case where it was just the front bumper, and I paid cash). JR is very efficient and friendly because he wants to provide the highest quality work any customer can experience because a great experience leads to a lasting relationship! Highly recommending anyone near and far by the Rockville, MD area!!!”
