She was patient and super friendly. She went above and beyond to help my friend and I which I so appreciated her service because that is very hard to come around nowadays in retail.Dori Lyons was very friendly and helpful when I was making my purchases. “I have shopped at Lands' End the catalogue for years and have never been disappointed. Their service is great and their return policy is even better. I had a very old winter jacket(about 2 years or so) that I never got to wear because the zipper broke on it. It happened to be the second jacket I had this happen to so I thought I was going to have to pay for a new jacket. Not only did they pay shipping back, they were having a sale so I bought a new jacket with free shipping on this. I sent the old jacket back that had the broken zipper which they paid shipping on and they sent me the full price of the jacket on a gift card since I never got to use it. They have a very nice line of clothes for both men/ women and the store are always well “up-kept” even during high traffic flow. Overall the staffs; especially Dena and Tom, are very professional and always there to assist their customers with anything. That’s the reason my wife love to shop at Clarksburg JCrew because of Dena and Tom pleasantness and their professionalism. “I frequent this Ross location when I am in the area to shop. Not the biggest Ross, but a good size. The variety of things in my opinion is great, you just have to take your time & look in all areas unless you have something particular in mind. They have nice designer handbags, clothes for entire family. You must take your time to find a gem ?. Usually the staff try & keep the store neat & straight, but of course the customers can be the ones who can make the store look unorganized at times I have been there. They do have a Security guard at this location & that is always nice to see. Overall I have never gone here to shop & never found something I was looking for or simply couldn't live without, whether for myself, my kids, grands, or others. No complaints. Usually they have at least (2) maybe (3) registers open & that could change as we approach the Holiday season, as the store will be a buzz with holiday shopper's . I have always had a pleasant checkout experience with all the cashier's that checked me out. Parking can be a little crazy because there are other stores nearby, so be alert & pack your patience when seeking parking in the area. Atmosphere very nice, Never notice otherwise. Staff are helpful & pleasant when I am checking out. I would of course recommend checking out this Ross location, you might find something's you just can't live without.Happy Shopping to all.”

“Bought the Trey Jacket for a special event meeting and I have gotten complemented left and right about it! ? I also got 2 bags. One was the Greyson Hills pink bag and it’s HUGE! Perfect for me to put my laptop, huge sweater, water bottle, toiletries, and other things that I like to pack. The material is amazing because it’s stretchy, high quality, water proof, and best of all can handle a ton of weight ??!!!”

When I asked the cash register if they had spotted a lost credit card, she told that she had picked it up and showed it to me and asked if it was the one. “The staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful. I’m not sure about the 1 star reviews…maybe they all had a bad day and I get it that the item may be cancelled when you ordered it. But see it as…it wasn’t meant to be. If you’ve ever worked in retail, people at the shop cannot take hold of the exact inventory because this store is a high traffic area where parents and young adults shop between meetings and school. It’s a hard pill to swallow but that’s every store. Maybe JCrew needs to update their inventory where it only shows stuff in the back of the store vs back and front of the store…but that takes time and lots of managerial approval in behind the scenes.
All and all, folks… I shopped here this past week and the staff is anything but nice. If you’re nice and patient, then it will be mirrored back to you. Happy Saturday, all, if there’s a mishap for your order…know that the staff has no control of it. If someone grabbed the shirt you really wanted, remember that person now has a beautiful shirt that is in demand. You’ll get that shirt one day in the future where someone else came in for and their order got cancelled.

“Visited here for the first time and wanted to check it out some stuff I needed.
It similar with Ross store, there's alot of different stuff you can find but some shelves are empty.
They have clearance section in the middle of the store and price is really good.
Clothing is cheaper than Walmart, Definitely.
Cashier is only one serving and 7 people lining up but it didn't take so long.
I will still give 5 stars, they're trying to keep the store nice and still worth to visit.”
