She was patient and super friendly. She went above and beyond to help my friend and I which I so appreciated her service because that is very hard to come around nowadays in retail.Dori Lyons was very friendly and helpful when I was making my purchases. She asked the right questions and was very knowledgeable. She has great customer service skills.Overall, I will def be coming back to this location.”
“It’s gotten way more expensive then like 2020 and stuff like a jacket is 29 dollars plus taxes it’s ends up at about like 31 dollars if you have a higher budget you can come here if you have a low budget don’t bother even looking. Staff is friendly but old navy is super pricey now just a warning if you have a low budget.”

“I had a great shopping experience at Banana republic this week! One associate (I didn't catch his name) was very helpful to direct me to a product I saw online and wanted to try on. Later on in my shopping trip, AJ helped me to find a shirt in the right size. When we realized a few of the items I wanted were not in stock in my size, he went above and beyond and helped me with an online order through the store. “I had a great experience at J.Crew Factory in Clarksburg today. Almeta and Kwesi were very attentive when I was in the store, helping me with some questions about some clothing. They were friendly and checked to see if I needed anything. And later, Almeta helped me fix the price on something I bought. She was so helpful, and I truly appreciate her taking the time to help me resolve the issue, all while being so patient and kind! Good customer service does not go unnoticed!! Thank you!”
“I frequent this Ross location when I am in the area to shop. Not the biggest Ross, but a good size. The variety of things in my opinion is great, you just have to take your time & look in all areas unless you have something particular in mind. They have nice designer handbags, clothes for entire family. You must take your time to find a gem ?. Usually the staff try & keep the store neat & straight, but of course the customers can be the ones who can make the store look unorganized at times I have been there. They do have a Security guard at this location & that is always nice to see. Overall I have never gone here to shop & never found something I was looking for or simply couldn't live without, whether for myself, my kids, grands, or others. No complaints. Usually they have at least (2) maybe (3) registers open & that could change as we approach the Holiday season, as the store will be a buzz with holiday shopper's . I have always had a pleasant checkout experience with all the cashier's that checked me out. Parking can be a little crazy because there are other stores nearby, so be alert & pack your patience when seeking parking in the area. Atmosphere very nice, Never notice otherwise. Staff are helpful & pleasant when I am checking out. I would of course recommend checking out this Ross location, you might find something's you just can't live without.Happy Shopping to all.”

The woman working was SO helpful and accommodating, despite being hard of hearing. This location is always so organized and clean and seem to stock some really great items that I wouldn't buy if I just saw it online. Will be frequenting more often!”

“I had such a wonderful experience thanks to the incredibly honest and kind sales staff. Upon checkout, after trying on several items, I realized I had lost one earring that was in my pants pocket. I looked all over the dressing room, but could not find it. Upon returning to the store several hours later, the team, Tamsin, Christine and Diarra informed me their store manager had found it and kept it safely at the counter for me. We came in to find suits for my husband, and they handled everything with a level of care and professionalism that truly stood out. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helped us track down his exact sizes, even checking online for pieces that weren’t available in-store.
They took their time with us and were incredibly thorough, helping us find additional pants in the clearance section that mixed and matched perfectly with the suit jackets we chose. Their service was outstanding, and we left extremely happy with our experience. We highly recommend this location.”
