“I just purchased a mattress from William and had a great experience. He was super informative and was able to answer all our questions, even encouraging them. He let us take our time talking and testing beds, trying to choose between two.
I can't speak about the mattress yet as I've not received it but I will try to update once I've had it for a minute.
***Update
It turned out that we didn't need the brackets we paid $24 for, to attach the the headboard. The delivery people took them away along with our old mattress and we were assured we'd get a credit to our credit card. Over a month later we still haven't gotten the credit although they confirmed receiving them and said numerous times they'd credit us. How is it that my payment was processed immediately but it's this ridiculous ordeal to get the credit? Also the matress feels way firmer than the one in the store. I'm hoping it gets better, but have no confidence in the exchange process that they tout as a benefit of buying from them vs other stores who have you deal with the manufacturer directly.”

“Amazing experience with Naturepedic from start to finish! We spent hours at the showroom trying out the different mattresses and layer options. Kilani was attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. There were multiple customers in the store and she did a fantastic job attending to all of us, giving us the time to test things out without any pressure, and checking back often without being intrusive. Our mattress arrived 7 days after we ordered. I had the best, more restful sleep the first night (last night)! No off-gassing and very high quality. This is a huge investment I’m so glad we made.”
“The experience and product are excellent. Lazy Boy is a bit pricey, but if you catch a sale so much the better. The build quality is excellent. I got a High leg recliner, which does not look like a recliner when closed. The salesman was very helpful and patient while I chose a custom fabric. The chair was delivered well before the estimated delivery date. It is a very comfortable chair and I will be enjoying it for years.”
