“I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but I knew I didn’t want to spend a lot of time shopping. A sales associate, Lennasha, came to assist me. She was not only friendly, she was very patient. She made my shopping experience pleasant.
When checking out, Taylor also made sure it was seamless. She was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, I didn’t feel rushed. I’ll definitely be returning.”

“04/01/2025-I have not been inside Marshall’s since Covid 2019. I dropped in to browse the aisles and unwind, looking shoes, a ? dress or outfit to perform in, and pants for office wear! I found the same trendy clothing and styles in Marshall’s to reflect the same merchandise inventory to match Burlington’s! Now I did notice that the prices at Burlington were a little bit more affordable for my pockets. * Same style dresses and all. I enjoyed my browse! I ended up buying a pair of light blue rewash, classic rise A Line blue jeans! *$19.99 and some herbal teas! I am excited! I enjoyed myself-browsing! I had fun, a good wholesome fashion experience!”

“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”
“This is the smallest exchange I’ve ever been to but the point of the missing star is that the computer systems are very slow. I went to get my temporary star card printed and it was not the lady’s fault but her computer was extremely slow and she mentioned that this is pretty much always an issue. They have customers trying to purchase items at the desk so having a slow system is not ideal.”

She automatically found two bottles that I needed of tea tree oil. It was so kind of her to help me out due to the fact that I'm only two weeks out surgery. That's what I call customer service.”

“This is a big store. The customer service is excellent especially in the cosmetic section. The young lady who works there is a master at making you feel welcome! The gentleman who works in customer pick up service for online orders is knowledgeable and works hard. I would like to see them get appropriate lighting in the upstairs dressing room...it's too dim and messy. Overall, you should visit!”

“06/10/2025-Stopped by to look for a pair of shoes for everyday use. Mostly saw Crocs, flip flops, flats, sandals, sneakers, and heel to tall! Did not find anything eye catching or suitable for everyday comfort! But all in all, I love the store! I turned my eye on dresses ? and loved everything that I touched! Lovely selection of clothing( ladies). The staff is nice and professional. The lines were not long. Security was helpful and kind! I just like the atmosphere in the store! Calm and inviting! Had a great time browsing!”
“Idk. What checking receipts is all about. If the person has a chair. Rather a stool at the door, they would obviously be watching self checkout area.
I don't see why internally the security camera guys aren't the door security. What is it is it a today thing? The camera security room, watches the store & communicates with radios or earbuds with the door guys. But they are two separate things right? Affording security, when it makes you check receipts?
What if you have no receipt. Is it going to be like giant where alwe all feel like we're best fitted to join Giant in their socialist party-scheme???? Rifling through our backpacks.
Figure it out please, cause I don't feel like a shopper or customer. It gives me the inclination we aren't to be trusted.bthanks”

“I haven't been to a forman Mills in a while but I recently visited this location. Still they have cold selective items for different varieties of people sizes.
Ps: be careful with the return policy and if the item doesn't have a tag on it make sure they make you one. And no return on clearance at this location , only Iverson Mall's location. ( This was mentioned from a manager at the store)
Overall no shade I still come back ??”
