“This review is for the amazing kitchen design specialist named Yohannes who works at Home Depot College Park.
My parents needed to fully renovate their entire house, including the kitchen. I received attentive care and meticulous design support from Yohannes. He patiently listened to my goals and worked smartly with my budgetary constraints. In the end, we were able to transform an old tired-looking kitchen into a masterpiece of pride and joy for my parents. See pictures of completed kitchen.

“I went to this Home Depot yesterday to find a metal, NOT plastic, flat dustpan. After finding the dustpan, I noticed they had a ton of these Fill Stick Wood Repair Paint Pens, all kinds. While realizing all the choices I had, I must have looked undecided and confused ( which I was), a kind perceptive employee noticed that I looked lost( which I was also). I had chosen the two Filler Pens I needed, but was trying to return a third un- needed pen to it's proper shelf. I couldn't find where I had found it. I imagine the employees watch customers trying to replace their unwanted items in their proper location all the time! Anyway, this young man, Carlton, came to help me as a courteous gesture, and I am grateful for this conscientious Home Depot employee. He said don't worry, I will find the spot where it belongs. Thank you, CARLTON!!!

“I went this morning to grab some mulch and staff was extremely helpful. I realized at checkout that my phone was missing. It had been in my cart. Miss Brenda immediately began searching the gardening section where I had been shopping and calling my phone so we could find it. She even reached out to another customer who had been buying mulch at the same time as me and provided me with his contracting business card to see if it accidentally ended up in their cart.
She walked with me to my car to search the parking lot. Eventually Miss Linda found it and let us know. I just really appreciated the genuine kindness and consideration for a customer by both ladies.
I will definitely come back again.”

“This place is great. I was in yesterday and interacted with a couple employees who were friendly and helpful. It just has a better, more welcoming feel than the other big hardware store in town. Whenever I've needed to talk to someone at this store it's been a good experience.”

“It was a typical Lowe's, clean, well stocked and organized. Several workers greeted me, or asked if I needed help at this location and the one in Bowie location. I normally shop in Bowie but I was being nosy.?”

“Aaron and Rodolfo were great! They are the epitome of what customer service should be. It was a very busy and sunny day and the customers were packed in the garden center, but they facilitated everything with precision; loading customers cars, answering questions, etc. And made it so I could finish my flower beds before the rain. If they aren't managers, they should be. By far the best experience I've had at any Lowe's, Home depot or other garden center.”
