“I received ford mustang convertible, which was great during the warm days. I requested a small car and they were going give me a SUV. It was given to me at 3/4 of a tank. And I was told to bring it back at 3/4 of a tank. It should have been a full tank, so it would have been easier to figure out how much gas to put in it yes, it was a gas guzzler.”

“Given a rental after a collision through the at-fault party's insurance company. The process with Enterprise was very easy and the staff here are friendly!

I worked with Tam for my pickup and drop-off; both times Tam showed exemplary customer service. I dropped the rental back off on a Friday morning and it was very busy; Tam apologized to all of us for the wait time and continued to work diligently. I also worked with the same Enterprise driver both times that took me back to the auto-body shop. I did not get his name but he was very nice!

10/10 experience and I was happy with the rental they gave me”

“If you're going to rent a car from Enterprise I love this location best. I've been renting there for at least 17 years. At the beginning it was twice or three times a month. But I still rent as often as I can. The little baby I picked up in PG county is now 18 years old and sometimes she wants to stay home with her mom. Anyway the staff is awesome, the cars or vehicles they have are great. They're always there to lend a hand with My Bluetooth and phone use. Very respectful and friendly. Always welcoming me in and hope to see you next time is always there when I come and go.

For this past weekend I wish I took some pictures, but I didn't. I did just send something a few minutes ago. Thanks again”

“I recently needed a car rental. Sterling was great. They had the rental waiting for me at the body shop. On the day my car was ready all I had to do was leave the rental at the body shop when I picked up my own car. I had to give them a deposit and within 2 days of returning the rental the deposit had been credited back to my card. Would definitely use Sterling again.”

“There was an extra $56.38 charge on my credit card and the tires kept going down every day and I reported it Lady said when they get another vehicle and they’ll swapped me out, but they never called me to swap me out. Mold on the back passenger seat lots of spills on the seat, then it was miscellaneous things under the seat , The speaker had a hole in it. The car was not cleaned out all the way, but it was OK. I had a funeral go to and then I just kept an extra days to go to Chemo.”

They close at 5pm so if you want to drop off at 8pm, it won’t be processed until 8am when the team gets in.”

“A couple of years ago we had a very bad experience with zipcar. We went out of way to get a pickup truck at two different locations and waited around. We called customer service and the ppl that had it said they would be back soon but wasn't and the rep honked the car twice and finally they stopped answering. Customer service promised they would reimburse us if we got a U haul which we did and then we got a huge runaround every time we called to get reimbursed or went in to their office in mount Vernon. So we were done and canceled our membership. Then Avis bought them and I found myself in need of a car to get around in the city from time to time. If there was another competitor I would have gladly used them instead but they are the only game in town and my university subsidizes my membership. They are expanding now and i see zipcar stations popping up all the time. I use zipcar a whole bunch these days to get around to appointments. Rates and car availability are good by where I live. I've had very few problems. Once the driver before me was late 10 mins and I had to wait a few mins. Didn't know whether they were charged the late fee but it did enfringe upon my Rez. I always time my Rez for the most bang for my buck. I constantly take advantage of the fact that I can get the car 14 mins early if no one has it before me and I always return the car 15 mins early so I don't get dinged for the late fee. There have been a few times where I've had to extend 30 mins to an hour via text because my appt was running late. Sometimes there were system glitches where I've had to call in to extend it even tho there is not a person right after me. There was a time where i couldn't depress the parking brake and they switched me out to another car. There was another time when I took a different zipcar than the one i reserved because it was 6 in the morning and I was groggy and they didn't notice until an hour later and switched my Rez. I was surprised I was able to unlock a vehicle I didn't have a Rez for. These are pretty minor things and I've been happy with zipcar but it is pretty stressful if you are running late and don't know if ur car is available for extension. I would also say it also sucks that if there is an issue like gas or Trouble with a parking brake it sucks into your time. They should at least compensate you with a 15 min credit or something. I'll admit that I'm a bad zipper due to this so I'm always in a hurry so I've never refilled the tank ever. Incentives would really help in this area. I would say as long as it's relatively uneventful everything should be fine and it has been. I think if there would be a major issue, they would totally suck. The terms if you get into an accident are really bad and I imagine it would be a major hassle to settle with them and your insurance or credit card company.”

“This is the ONLY Avis/Budget I’ll ever rent from ! Although it took several days for me to finally get into a vehicle , it wasn’t the employees’ fault . Between technical errors with Avis/Budget systems & miscommunication of accepted forms of payment , Phoebe stuck in there with me the entire time & went beyond the extra mile to make sure things worked out in my favor in the end . If the awesome family atmosphere doesn’t lock you in , the astonishing customer service definitely will . Everyone has a unique experience with everything we tackle in life , but it’s ultimately our personal perspective of things . Instead of focusing on the 15 bad things that happened during my experience (because of Avis & Budget , not the staff) , I’d rather focus on the 5 great things (because of the staff) . Negative feedback isn’t always necessary & some of these comments are absolutely absurd ! I can’t believe I went to the same place as some of these people which makes me think it was more their fault than they’re owning up to . The staff here is wonderful , they provide excellent service & help any way they can . Anyone reading this , please don’t allow someone else’s “bad day” to determine your choice of this location . A “nice , well mannered” individual isn’t going to have the same experience as a “disrespectful or ignorant” individual may have . Im just saying ?‍♀️ lol . Keep up the good work team ! “Budget save the day for me! I had booked a 12 passenger van from another company and the night before I was to pick it up, they told me it was not going to be there. This was 5:30 in the evening and I was left fending for myself. I booked a van on the Budget website that evening and the next morning called to verify my reservation. It was verified and ready early when I arrived. The staff was kind and helpful. They saved the weekend with my friends. I will tell all I know to give this location a call!”
