8031 Belair Rd, Nottingham“It sometimes takes a bit of research to get the best service.I needed a car so I connected the branch at 619 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204.The service was terrible. The guy "who was in charge" acted like a jerk and I was not served.I did a search for branches near where my car was being fixed on Harford Road and all my needs were addressed in a professional manner and even gave me a lift to pick up my car.I had to seek them out but mission accomplished, thanks for your stellar service.”

1612A Belair Rd, Fallston“Very happy with our rental the vehicle we wanted they had and went to pick it up and they were very friendly and helpful we were going to my brothers funeral in another state and they were very helpful in renting the car , thank you all very much, and we will be returning to rent again but hopefully for a happy trip. Thankyou”
“I needed a rental for about a week and had a good experience. Communication was good, no issues with the car, and they even kindly drove me to the autobody shop down the street to get my car because I didn't have a ride!”
“The Joppa road location was awesome. Ebony the manager and her staff was very attentive to all my needs. Very pleasant experience. I would recommend and definitely use this location again.”
“Everyone at the Essex Maryland location were absolutely wonderful to work with and made the transaction simple. I will definitely use this location again because of the staff. Thank you Carlos, Kris and Elizabeth for your assistance!”
“I'm a frequent renter at the branch in Eastern Avenue. All the staff members and manager are friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to provide great customer service! If I am to compare to another car rental company on Boston street (opposite from the Royal Farm), this this Enterprise branch win all my business needs.”
“I was compelled to rent a car. And, I had one of the best experience of my life time in renting a car from the beginning to the end. The staff at Sterling Car Rental starting with Malika for over a month was superb and I would recommend to anyone renting a car (small, midsize, sedan or a passenger van) its there. Not only will you be lucky to work with Malika; but, you will get Tammy who will make sure you comfortable all the while when renewing the rental and Peggy does it all intermittently to fill in when Malika and Tammy is busy with other customers. In all Peggy is a great closer at what she do. Google fam, don't think its just three beautiful women there but, Andrew is the guy who can do and does everything Malika, Peggy and Tammy do. It's only right to shout them out, for over the pass 35 days I enjoyed my rental car. In or out of towners, Sterling Car Rental is the choice.Signed: Timmy Hatchett”
“This enterprise office was fast, efficient and friendly. When I asked for a smaller vehicle to decrease the cost they were unable to fill that request but they did reduce the cost of the car I had to with a smaller car would’ve been. Very kind.”

6902 Eastern Ave, Baltimore“What a refreshing experience I had today with this enterprise location. The customer service was excellent! I was picked up at Collision Craft as promised and quickly taken to Enterprise to sign papers for my rental. Ernest was the gentleman who picked me, friendly, polite, great conversation during the quick drive. Upon arrival to the office I was greeted by two other gentleman with friendly smiles, paperwork signed, car specifics reviewed and away I went. These guys do customer service the right way!”

6800 Belair Rd, Baltimore“As a now former customer of Enterprise, I was pleasantly surprised to find out how much cheaper NextCar was to rent. Needed a car while mine was in the shop, and rented a very nice Hyundai Accent for $30/day. The checkout process was quick and painless, with all the forms being electronic. Will be back the next time I need a car rental!”
“I want to apologize because I do not remember the lady's name that helped me yesterday when I returned my rental but she was very friendly and professional. I called at 9a.m. that morning before I arrived because I had a question about my return she was very kind and knowledgeable. Fast forward a few hours later when I arrived she remembered me and my call earlier that day she did her inspection and got the vehicle returned right away so I could carry on with my day. That's how you handle business.”

My car was in for a recall and it was going to be in the dealership for a few days they got me into the rental for free and Jade put me in an amazing 2019 Nissan Altima quality cars and Quality service helped me out a lot thank you Sterling. ????????”
“My first time using Budget and Brook was so accommodating and helpful. There was a horrible mix up with the corporate office and she helped me out so much along with the manager. I didn’t get his name but thank you so much”

4900 Boston St, Baltimore“They were the best for my budget, pun intended. No issues other than the wipers on the vehicle probably needed to be replaced months ago. We hit torrential downpours while driving through a major city & that was not the time to discover the wipers do absolutely nothing because they were so worn. It was a bit scary. Everything else about the transaction was easy and although I would use them again, I would not do so without inspecting safety stuff on the vehicle because it doesn't seem to be their priority, and it really should be. Minus 1 star from an otherwise 5 star experience”

2903 E Pratt St, Baltimore“A couple of years ago we had a very bad experience with zipcar. We went out of way to get a pickup truck at two different locations and waited around. We called customer service and the ppl that had it said they would be back soon but wasn't and the rep honked the car twice and finally they stopped answering. Customer service promised they would reimburse us if we got a U haul which we did and then we got a huge runaround every time we called to get reimbursed or went in to their office in mount Vernon. So we were done and canceled our membership. Then Avis bought them and I found myself in need of a car to get around in the city from time to time. If there was another competitor I would have gladly used them instead but they are the only game in town and my university subsidizes my membership. They are expanding now and i see zipcar stations popping up all the time. I use zipcar a whole bunch these days to get around to appointments. Rates and car availability are good by where I live. I've had very few problems. Once the driver before me was late 10 mins and I had to wait a few mins. Didn't know whether they were charged the late fee but it did enfringe upon my Rez. I always time my Rez for the most bang for my buck. I constantly take advantage of the fact that I can get the car 14 mins early if no one has it before me and I always return the car 15 mins early so I don't get dinged for the late fee. There have been a few times where I've had to extend 30 mins to an hour via text because my appt was running late. Sometimes there were system glitches where I've had to call in to extend it even tho there is not a person right after me. There was a time where i couldn't depress the parking brake and they switched me out to another car. There was another time when I took a different zipcar than the one i reserved because it was 6 in the morning and I was groggy and they didn't notice until an hour later and switched my Rez. I was surprised I was able to unlock a vehicle I didn't have a Rez for. These are pretty minor things and I've been happy with zipcar but it is pretty stressful if you are running late and don't know if ur car is available for extension. I would also say it also sucks that if there is an issue like gas or Trouble with a parking brake it sucks into your time. They should at least compensate you with a 15 min credit or something. I'll admit that I'm a bad zipper due to this so I'm always in a hurry so I've never refilled the tank ever. Incentives would really help in this area. I would say as long as it's relatively uneventful everything should be fine and it has been. I think if there would be a major issue, they would totally suck. The terms if you get into an accident are really bad and I imagine it would be a major hassle to settle with them and your insurance or credit card company.”

“My rental was very nice! Jessica was great! So polite and patient with me and my insurance company. She was professional and empathetic which added to the quality of my experience and helped ease my frustration with State Farm. I appreciate all her hard work. Give that woman a raise, she deserves it!”
