He had no reason to be helpful to me whatsoever, but he patiently offered to look into my tracking issues where an Access Point had refused my package and gave me advice how to solve the problem. It almost brought me to tears how kind and patient he was, especially given that he was not poised to benefit from this interaction. “Robert & Kayla are outstanding employees. I am opening my own business and depend on them assisting with my marketing and shipping. Frequently I walk in with multiple returns. Robert always understands what I’m trying to accomplish and quickly executes the process efficiently with the an encouraging attitude. Today I had a massive return and I arrived disorganized and confused with how Amazon had grouped my items. Robert got straight to work organizing to efficiently and accurately prepare everything for shipping. I couldn’t have done it without him. Kayla designed my marketing road signs & even worked on her day off for a revision. I also created a pamphlet for marketing. When I brought it for printing I had not properly formatted the material. Robert worked very hard helping us fit our text into the templet. Robert even looked at what we had done and made important suggestions to help us meet our goal. Both Robert & Kayla touched base with us during our sign and pamphlet creation to ensure all our needs were met & our products were outstanding. I will never use online sites for mass production even if the rate is better because Robert is my point person and with him I know I’m in good hands. Kayla had heard my concern that I mentioned to my business partner about visibility of signs in the evening drive time. When I walked in the store to pick up pamphlets, she was there with suggested solutions. Even when not at work, Kayla is still working hard for ups costumers. Her desire to achieve success is evident throughout the process. Both are outstanding employees. I’ve had years working with Robert for our family shipping needs & now I don’t know what I’d do without him in my business needs. He never shows any frustration. I see him interact with many costumers who brought their stress into the store. Robert makes everyone feel heard and valued. He goes the extra mile in every situation maintains professionalism & bring positive energy into every situation.”

They have 2 parking spaces marked reserved for customers of this store just outside the entrance (in this photo), plus they validate parking in the garage that's attached. “Very pleased with FedEx's Print and Go service, and the options it provides, including being able to email files to print. I needed two docs printed. I attached them in the same email (look for print and go email address at FedEx). And within 3 mins (can take up to 5 based on instructions), received email confirmation and a code to enter on the multifunctional printer / copier at the FedEx Office store. Came into the store, found one of multiple machines available, and followed the prompts on the copier. The area had a surface right next to the machines where you can set your stuff down to sign, or staple. Staff's friendly too if you need help! But don't need to talk to a single soul if you don't want to, to take care of what you need.”

“This fedex store is the best fedex store in the DMV..possibly America. Rarely a long line..staff always attentive/knowledgeable and helpful. Danny, the g.m. is one the best g.m.'s of any business i go to. , the assistant should isaih should be the g.m. &Danny is talented enough to become a district manager.
Today..William, lead consultant -went the extra mile & performed a miracle for me. I advise any fedex customer nearby to go to this location (never UPS) & request William/ or Isaiah if possible. William is a problem solver & will solve any of your shipping or packaging needs. If fedex is smart..they will promote William & isaih before a competitor discovers them.
William & isaih should be general managers of fedex stores & Danny ..the g.m. should be regional manager/one day C.E.O of Fedex .or UPS. , if he wants to slumber it
