She answered the phone, told me to come in, and notarized my documents quickly, professionally, and with the best attitude and a bunch of laughs. “Been calling them since morning and no one answered and finally they got to answer the call round 3pm and the lady just told me to go on hold and as it is now l am still on hold for almost an hour and half and what l really need is urgent and can’t afford to drop the call . At some point there are no guests l could hear them talking to themselves and still leave me on hold . What kind of service is this honestly. Today January 2nd 2026 at 4.38pm on hold since about 3pm . I will attach a screenshot of the call. Let them know even people calling are customers as well. You can’t make someone hold for this long. What is the use of the phone if they ignore clients on the phone like this .”

“I have been here countless times and never met an unfriendly employee. Very helpful, the line can get a bit long but they are always staffed well from what I can tell and get through it pretty quickly.
May I suggest having a dedicated individual for printing services and one for shipping services? Not sure if corporate allows it but it would perhaps streamline things for everyone.”

“Swift, courteous service for walk-in notary. The manager, Lavleen, was running the whole, busy shop alone. She attended to each customer quickly and with great care. This place does a little bit of everything—sends and receives mail/packages, sells office supplies, notarizes, and even cuts keys! PLEASE NOTE: Notary service is cash only ($8 per signature as of the date of this review).”

“The young Asian man who did the visa photos for us was kindly asked which country and the size requirements, then quickly took the photos, then carefully trim the photos into the correct size, and emailed both of us. Although more expensive than CVS, $20/per person. The store is very small and full of packages all over the place.”
“Hands down best post office I’ve been to. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. Hats off to the the staff here.”
