“Came in a bit earlier than the scheduled pickup time. Was asked to wait a few minutes for the car to be cleaned. Then they said I would be getting a Chevrolet but the cleaning person hasn’t returned with the vehicle yet. So they decided to give me a small red car. I didn’t like the color as it was too loud, but it was all they had. The backseat had an unknown liquid puddle, they cleaned it up. I was almost gonna be on my way when they came and told me the Chevrolet was ready for me to swap into. I did and it was a much better car and not in a loud color. It did “rumble” from time to time, I googled and it seemed like it was a known issue with this particular model/year. In any case, an overall good experience marred by minor hiccups and car issues.”

I had to call and the staff waited for me even after closing hours just to attend to me . That was so nice. The cars are excellent . Communication is excellent. They respond to calls and text messages within minutes. I recommend anyone to visit Reisterstown location on Main Street and have a taste of their services. I called this Budget location and they were able to get me an upgraded SUV for a lower price than Enterprise and had it ready for pick up in two hours! I went to the location and Mr. Dan had me in a vehicle within 15 minutes.
If I may also mention, I am very sensitive to odors and Ive never had a problem with a vehicle smelling of smoke or the like. Thank you Mr. Dan and the Budget staff. Your professionalism and mannerisms have always given us a great experience.

“Usually the only time I leave reviews is when the service is absolutely horrible.
I was very skeptical choosing this location after reading all the reviews.
This place is only 5 minutes from my sister's house. I traveled from Washington to NJ/NY and then took a train to Baltimore. Had to rent a car to drive back to NJ to catch my plane. I eneded up choosing this place to help my sister out since she had to work at 9.30 am. We got there at 8.15am. Google and sign on door says place opens at 8am. Door was locked. As I was on the phone calling another location and about to get in my sister's car to leave, she pointed out the employee had arrived. To our surprise there was a guy in an office on the phone. Don't understand why the door was still locked but whatever. As soon as we got inside the employee got right to work and it took her about 10-15 minutes to get me the car and out of there. Car rental was a Chevy Track 2025. Perfect size for our drive back to NJ. Dirty driver side window but other than than, car looked absolutely brand new like nobody had been in the car. I was really hoping for a smooth and quick experience and that is was I got. Only reason im not giving 5 stars is because door was locked when we arrived and employee was late.”

“Enterprise Rent-A-Car called me within a minute of getting the referral from my insurance agent and the customer service I experienced was great. they picked me up from the body shop and took care of me and when I needed to return the car, Jack Weinberg checked me back in and within less than 5 minutes brought me back to the body shop to my car. so customer service at this location is amazing and all the team members really go out of their way so I would definitely rent from the Owings Mills Enterprise location if I need to rent a car again.”
