“Been here 20 or so times and I just came in with my son to pick up Crimson Desert. Zach has helped me everytime I’ve been here. He’s amazing at his job and very informative and polite. Give that man a raise plus he seems to be the only one that works there for years. Thanks again Zach :)”

“We had a fantastic experience with Mani! She was so helpful and cheerful and very, very patient. My daughter and I were both switching up to newer models and transferring our info to the newer models took long. She did not make us feel rushed at all. Just so sweet!”

“Always been a great store for electronics of all sorts. Prices are high to reasonable. Great electronic sales when they advertise. Fast in store customer service. Name brand electronics. What they have that are sold out that you want and need and need. They will order it for you. Great place to shop.”

“I honestly don't know how to thank the employees of this store enough. They didn't sooo much time Ruth me. Their customer service went well beyond just providing me with service, they truly cared about my welfare and showed genuine concern. I am forever indebted to these employees. I highly recommend this store,”

“Toni Brown helped me buy a new phone and she was very helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid when I didn’t understand some things. And we chatted through the setup and it was very pleasant instead of tedious. Then when I came back to turn my old phone in, she saved me from an unpleasant coworker.”

“I’m sharing this from my car. There seems to be only one young man in there. He’s a young guy. Everyone seemed to pull in it once, LITERALLY. This young man was very professional and got the crowd down quickly, and with no attitude. We definitely need more of this great customer service. Myself, I had anxiety watching everyone seem to come in AT ONCE! Great job sir, I definitely didn’t see another person on any register! Great service ! 4:30pm 7/23/25”
