“I went into this rofo on 7/11, and was greeted by Amber, she was very nice and welcoming. I walked in looking for what I needed and came back to the counter only to see now she’s in the back prepping potatoes to be cooked while the guy she was with stood there clueless. When she realized I was waiting she took her gloves off and came to assist me on checkout. Literally running between stations to help customers once again while the other dude just stood there.. rofo do better!!! Amber thank you”
“This is for the employee Mira, not the place (which needs a lot of TLC by the OWNERS & better inventory) I stopped at the Shell on 10301 Reisterstown Rd early this morning to buy oil, and Mira was amazing! I really hate doing dirty car chores, but Mira was so kind, helpful, and upbeat that it actually made the whole experience pleasant.
She even walked me through how to join the Shell Rewards program and explained how it works. She needs her own consumer YouTube channel!

“There’s an African American guy that works in there, always very patient, customer service with a smile even when I’ve seen customers be very rude. This makes a difference in the community.
