Removed one star because it gets so busy that if you do a pickup order, often you’re waiting 10-15 to get your order OR you’ll get a response that there aren’t enough associates to bring you your order so you have to go in anyway.”

“I've been a member of BJ's on and off for several years. Overall, I really enjoy the convenience of ordering online, although it can get a bit hectic when things are busy. But hey, at least that option is there! I love the variety of products; they have some items that Costco doesn't carry, which is a nice bonus. One area I'd like to see improvement in is the meat selection. I bought some steaks recently, and they didn't quite meet my expectations. I'm definitely planning to check back to see if they've upped their game in that department. All in all, I'm happy to be a BJ's member.”

“I have to thank God for Jai at Bj’s tire center in Owings Mills, MD! I was visiting family in the area and on my way back to NYC on Saturday, I got stranded in PA. Towed my car to BJ’s tire center in Owings Mills,MD with no hope of getting home on Sunday. I went to this location and Jai literally saved my life. His kind hospitality was everything I needed to stay positive. He was able to service my vehicle and get me back on the road. I will drive back down to Maryland from New York just to receive his car service. Thank you BJ’s for having a wonderful employee like him! Without him I would not have made it home safely and get to work on Monday! God is good ?”

“I shop here specifically for the quality produce. However, today the produce section was not fully stocked. I arrived shortly before 9:30 am and left shortly before 1 pm. In that time, the organic romaine lettuce (packaged chopped) had not been restocked. I was somewhat disappointed because I'll have to make another stop to purchase elsewhere. Otherwise everything else was excellent.”
