“Kohls is always friendly and helpful but today a little congested. I guess they were moving stuff around and many sale items were displayed but were very messy. I couldn't find price checkers and was told they were doing away with them. ?? why, don't know. but overall i love Kohl's and it was clean, just cluttered today.”

“I’d love to give a shout out to General Manager, Trisha Williams and the staff at the Pratt Street Marshalls.! Not only is this location the friendliest; it’s clean, welcoming and filled with amazing picks! Aside from that, I’ve got a little story that holds true to the genuineness of Trisha. My friends and I were visiting from MI last week and stopped in very close to their closing time. The staff was diligently preparing for the days end and the store was fairly busy. In a very short time, I had misplaced my purse. After looking ourselves, we told Trisha and she and her staff immediately added this search to their busy evening priorities. Needless to say, my panic had set in. She assured us they would continue looking and would call us with an outcome. Fifteen minutes later, my friend got her call, it was found. Upon returning, I was met with her warm, heartfelt smile and a huge hug. We saw/did many things on our Baltimore vacation but this encounter by far will stay in my heart.
The time that Trisha and her staff invested in this meant so much.
I hope that Marshall’s can recognize them and be proud of her their character. They truly represented themselves with integrity as well as, Marshalls.”

“It is an excellent place to shop, here you will find all kinds of clothes, shoes and many other things, clothes for children, young people and adults. The place has clothes for all seasons of the year and also with good service.
The parking lot is very well located, spacious and comfortable.”
“This was my first time at this location. The shelves were stocked and organized. I did not have to stand in a long line, and once I got to the register, I forgot batteries, and the cashier was helpful and stepped away to assist my daughter by showing her where to find the batteries. It was easy to find what I needed, cost was reasonable, and store associate was helpful. Overall experience was 5 stars”
“This location I find to be the best one in local area. It is always heavy on stock and light on customers. Security and controlled entry at front. Store is always organized and home goods , clothing and kids are always overflowing with items. I check here before I venture to other locations. Never had an issue with lines or people on this store”

“I came to the store to see if they carried any B&T sizes for men, primarily. I did not see much for me, and there was no particular area for B&T that I could see. I looked at a few racks, but got discouraged by the disarray. I wish it was better sorted. I did continue to look around and bought a few other things, but left without any clothing”

“I came in to purchase Christmas decorations for my company's lobby. I approached Ginna to get some decoration ideas. She was amazing! She spent over an hour with me helping me to group things and encouraging me to go with my gut. She did this between many other customers asking for her assistance, and always with great attitude and pleasure. She went above and beyond and her help was greatly appreciated. The same goes for Jenn. When I checked out she wrapped everything for me, took my 2 overflowing baskets of treasures to my car, and helped me to load it all. I’m so grateful to these ladies! Home Goods is blessed to have such hard-working, pleasant employees.”

“One of my favorite Marshalls to shop at!! I love the late hours. They’re always stocked and fairly neat. They always have tons of lines open and the wait is short regardless of the lines are long or short.”
“Love what I'm able to find & buy at this location. I found a pair of Tom Ford Sunglasses and a nylon Longchamp crossbody bag. Additionally other well priced items along with this adventure. Also never an issue with returns or going cardless.”

“Walmart in Baltimore County is much better and cleaner. Items in stock is well organized and easy to find and the employees are respectful and professional when doing their jobs. The only problem I have is whenever I apply for a job position here or the one on Washington Blvd, the HR department never view my applications. Be nice if I had a chance to be part of the company success but I guess it's not my time yet.. Other than that all is good. ?”
“It's hard to find engaged and helpful workers these days. Fatou was working in the jewelry department at the Macy's in Towson and not only did she help me pick out the perfect birthday gift for my daughter, she took the time to gift wrap each of them. I've shopped at Macy's for over 30 years and this is the best service I have received hands down. Thanks Fatou!!!!”

“I have always liked JCPenney's My only complaint is they keep most of their shopping baskets at the checkout which is at the middle of the store. Being an elderly senior citizen it is nice to have them at the entrance because we depend on them to hold on to the mazooie walk. I am not the only one that has complained about that other friends I know have said the same thing. That does not stop me from going there but it would be nice and more accommodating if they kept their courts at the front doors no”

“I do curbside pickup when I order online here. It always goes smoothly and it is a nice service to have. The only thing negative I can say is that the prices seem on the high side but then again everything these days is doing nothing but going up in price. As a specific example the dog food I bought 2 months ago is now $6 higher today than it was then!”

“I had a list of items I needed to purchase. I was able to find at least half of the items I wanted. They are in the middle of rearranging holiday items so some things were not in their usual place or I could not find them. But they did have an amazing display of Christmas decorations & they were also adding shelves of toys near the Christmas decorations. I plan to go back in a few weeks & look for more of the items on my list & see what is new, as well as maybe more serious Christmas shopping. I like Big Lots due to the variety. There's a little bit of everything & sometimes items I can only find at Big Lots & reasonable prices. They have some food, some domestics, some furniture, some electronics, some automative, some clothes, some cosmetics, etc. So a good place to stop to shop.”
