“Purchased a new mattress at the end of April. Kat was the associate who helped my mother and I. My mother decided on a mattress and we added on a box spring to the delivery. Kat explained the price, discounts, box spring options, and we received a gift set of sheets and pillows with the purchase. During the delivery, there was an issue with the box spring where it did not fit up our staircase. The delivery personnel delivered everything but the box spring. I called Kat and she had it fixed in less than a day and in about two days the delivery employees arrived with the new box spring. They set up the mattress, box spring, and even assisted with moving the new bed into the correct position in the room. Very easy and helpful service. Kat was very pleasant, easy to work with, and handled the little hiccup quickly and efficiently.”

“Location is situated in a strip mall with several stores. Parking is easy peasy. Store has tons of Knick knacks, electronics, phone cases, computers, makeup and home goods. Things are not too expensive, but I also found with some items… you get what you pay for. Will definitely come again.”
“I haven't been to Macy's in years because shopping just wasn't my thing for awhile but needed a nice dress for my Granddaughters wedding so where do you go Macy's. I was so pleased with what I bought. Everyone there was so helpful and pleasant. I really enjoyed being there. Everyone that I came in contact with was so nice. The old Macy's consept was not working for me some of the staff were snobby and these people were the total opposite. Loved the invierment and people. Thank you for a great shopping experience!!!!”

“Went in to pick up some curly hair products.. Ended up leaving with some children's items, and clothing lol. You can get anything here from furniture, home decor, food and pet items”
