“I’ve been going here for 3 years returning Amazon packages that I have repackaged in original packing, new packaging, or that only require the scan of a QR code (no box). At times these have been very frequent returns.
Early on, when I brought a box in that wasn’t fully packaged, the woman at the store told me that next time they’d have to reject it or charge for packaging in-store. She wasn’t rude and it’s certainly reasonable that she, as a business owner, doesn’t need to consistently defray my costs.
I happily use this UPS regularly.”

“This is long overdue. I was on a work trip and last minute noticed I needed access to printing for marketing collateral books. Although they’d already closed for the day, Leslie Klein reopens to let me in and print my collateral. She was so sweet, beyond generous, and didn’t even make me feel I had inconvenienced her. Her husband also came to pick Leslie up with their pup. And we all just got to know each other while working together. Honestly, it’s the warmest interaction I’ve had with stranger in a long time. “Excellent service! Went there a couple of times in the past few weeks to get documents notarized. They have multiple notaries on site from 9 am through 6 pm (save for lunch break), which is rare. Costs $5 per signature.

“Joe at Alpha Graphics was very helpful in providing advice and executing my plan to create a large map that I could give to a friend even though this project must have been relatively small. Joe's skill, professionalism, courtesy, and patience were exemplary. He combined files for two large USGS maps, cropped them to the coverage I wanted, expanded the resulting map to the size I needed, printed the map, and laminated it to a heavy plastic backing. The result of this custom job was precisely what I wanted. I could not be more pleased.”

“I have been here countless times and never met an unfriendly employee. Very helpful, the line can get a bit long but they are always staffed well from what I can tell and get through it pretty quickly.
May I suggest having a dedicated individual for printing services and one for shipping services? Not sure if corporate allows it but it would perhaps streamline things for everyone.”
