“Tower FCU recently helped me in a situation where there was an attempt to scam me. I never thought I would be vulnerable but technology today allows hackers to do anything. This hacker appeared to be calling from Tower. When I went to a branch they helped me resolve the matter and gave me some pointers to avoid fraud. They have great customer service.”

“I have been with M&T Bank for many years and will be for many more. I love the convenience of the lobby, drive thru banking and the ease of scheduling an appointment. In June, I worked with Deatra Smith to resolve a banking issue and she worked with me until it was done. She is very knowledgeable and took the necessary steps to get me results. She followed up throughout the entire process. Thank you again Ms. Smith.”

“This is by far my favorite bank! I really can’t say enough about how great they are. I’ve been with them for quite a few years now and everyone has been/ is always so pleasant and helpful. Recently, I made an appointment to purchase a CD during a promotion they had on them, but the promotion expired the day before my appointment. Lenorre helped me and she is just wonderful! She noticed I made the appointment during the promotion and although it had expired, she was able to give me the CD at the promotional rate, which I thought was very kind. Other places I’ve banked with would never. Highly recommend!!”

“Wasn't there for banking. My friend had a car accident on the street in front of the building and they had their dog in the car with them. The bank manager came out and was very nice and helpful. Let the dog come inside. --my point is there are decent human beings who work here. I can only imagine what their customer service is like with their actual bank products.”

“We needed a notary public on short notice and the person who assisted us this morning in Owings Mills (unfortunately I don't remember her name) was very helpful, thorough, and pleasant even though we had many documents that needed notarization through the drive through window. We would like to commend her on her excellent customer service. Thank you!”
