“I went to the Drive Thru ATM and made a deposit of $20.00 and it kept my money with the screen reading "It did not detect any money," I called the CS they gave me a Provisional and told me to go into the Branch in the morning and when I went into the Branch (Owings Mills Md) they treated me with such professionalism acknowledged the ATM Error said they had the repair tech on the way and took care of the situation.....This is ANOTHER REVIEW: I went to the ATM again 12/28/23 and the same thing occurred with the ATM Drive Thru. It was a little after 4:00pm and I saw the Bank Employees so I drove up to the window and honked my horn. The Employee WILLIAM came to the window and on the speaker and told me that they were closed it was a little after 4:00. I was so saddened because I needed to deposit my cash. I asked WILLIAM what he suggested that I do and WILLIAM SAVED THE DAY!!! He told me that the Walk-In had an ATM in the Lobby. WOW THANK YOU WILLIAM YOU ARE A BLESSING!!!”

“This is by far my favorite bank! I really can’t say enough about how great they are. I’ve been with them for quite a few years now and everyone has been/ is always so pleasant and helpful. Recently, I made an appointment to purchase a CD during a promotion they had on them, but the promotion expired the day before my appointment. Lenorre helped me and she is just wonderful! She noticed I made the appointment during the promotion and although it had expired, she was able to give me the CD at the promotional rate, which I thought was very kind. Other places I’ve banked with would never. Highly recommend!!”

“Wasn't there for banking. My friend had a car accident on the street in front of the building and they had their dog in the car with them. The bank manager came out and was very nice and helpful. Let the dog come inside. --my point is there are decent human beings who work here. I can only imagine what their customer service is like with their actual bank products.”

“This BOA is the closest one to my home. Because I haven't completely gone virtual with my banking and began depositing checks via my phone, I still come here to make deposits via the ATM. I have not had any issues, have I come here and a machine was down once or twice, yes, but it's 3 external machines and never have they all been down at the same time. This review will mostly be reflective of my drive-up teller experiences since I have only had to physically go inside the branch and handle business once in the past year. On that one occasion my visit was pretty smooth, my wait time was appropriate and the teller was polite. I have a lot of confidence in the Bank of America brand and this branch is just an extension of their great offerings. I'll continue to patronize this location, give them a shot!”
