“I just realized this spring that they have beautiful flowers for your garden....as well as this summer I purchased tubes for my son's bike when he had a flat, and dog food when I didn't want to run to Walmart that night and ran out. They carry so many more items than I/you could probably imagine. I was pleasantly surprised.”

Tim listened to all of my concerns and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. Honestly, he went way beyond my expectations. I can honestly say he was polite, professional and competent. Rhaya came out of the store, informed me i was missing an item. And brought it out to my car for me so i didnt have to do extra carrying. Phenomenal staff every time i am here.”
“This place is great. Amazing knowledgeable staff who are very family oriented. A business that truly supports 4-H youth and gives back to their community. I have yet to be disappointed. If there isn't something they don't have, like a certain type of livestock feed, they will offer to order it for you. Prices are comparable if not slightly cheaper then your bigger brand store. You are likely to find items here that the others don't have in inventory. Like gate latches, t post pounders or eye hooks/bolts.”

“I was at the Frederick, MD location yesterday, customer service was excellent as usual. I got my parts & was on my way in short order. One troubling thing I noticed was myself & the other half dozen or so customers were all wearing face masks as required by State of Maryland but none of the 3 employees working there were wearing masks. There's no sign on the door to remind folks to wear a mask. I have dealt with Tipco for many years, I really expected the staff to be more professional on that point.”

“I was so delighted to had met Julian S at the paint department at the Home Depot - Owings Mills, MD. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained to me the various types, qualities and finishings of interior paints. He certainly made it easier as it was my first experience buying paint and I was feeling intimidated not knowing how to choose. Julian answered all the questions a rookie could have and he also helped me understand a balance color scheme.I left happy with my buckets of the top of the line BEHR Dynasty One Coat Satin paints.
