“I've frequented Odenton 21113 since 2001 & I love being serviced by MS SHEILA. Have avoided young BRITTANY as I've seen unwarranted frustration taken out on some customers. However, in the last months, I've seen quite a turn around on her part. This past Sat, I went there 10 minutes before closing; the line was long, & BRITTANY serviced me. She has come a longgg way this last year and I had to make sure she knew that her service was

“I arrived to the Crofton post office after it was closed and a kind and wonderful employee named Firmin came out to help me with the kiosk to get a receipt for my package . He even took my package inside when the post office was closed . I have never had any business assist a customer 1 .5 hours after closing. I really needed my package scanned and shipped before tommrow and he took care of me A + service and so kind . He even helped a lady behind me as well . Give him a raise we need more workers just like him ! Thank you Firmin your act of kindness didn't go unnoticed. Thank you so much !”
“1 Wilson Rd is located on the USNA yard, in the midshipmen dorm (Bancroft Hall) across from the tailor shop. It will not come up on GPS as it is a restricted access office serving the students, faculty and staff of the USNA. It only has PO boxes for the students they only handle mail delivery for the studentsIf you have access to the grounds and dorm, it's a great little office. 2 employees, very helpful.”

“I love this little post office. The gentleman who staffs the desk these days is quite personable, takes care of me efficiently, and is knowledgeable. There is rarely a wait of any kind. This is a tiny town, but this post office has everything I need. I recently walked in when passport pictures were being taken, but I was still helped quickly. I have to use the Bowie post office sometimes, and this one is SO MUCH NICER.”
“Today, September 10, 2026, I entered the Eastport p.o. to simply ask if they had a supply of US flags for deceased veterans.
The line was 15 people long with one employee working.
Where was the supervisor? Is there a supervisor?
A few weeks ago a postal employee gave up delivering mail in my community. She dumped her bag on the hood of a neighbor's car and drove away. Luckily a neighbor captured this action on her Ring camera and reported it.
I will begin a movement to reduce mail delivery to 3 days a week.
The USPS is a jobs program costing us 5 to 7 BILLION a year.”
“Was a great experience for me with a drop-off. That said, I am sure I got lucky and that during peak times etc. It's worse. Parking is a bit confusing also as my gps took me to the wrong address. It needs to be fixed in google maps.”
