“I am very happy to review Minuteman Press located at 1020 19th St. NW, Lower LL50, Washinton D.C. 20036. I am the Board Secretary for a nonprofit in California, and we had an employee in DC that needed informational cards printed. I looked printers up in that area and after talking to a couple of places that couldn't help me, I called Minuteman Press and explained what we needed. Not only were they happy and willing to help me, but they were also able to get what we wanted/needed completed the next day!! We didn't know what to expect about the price but were pleasantly surprised!! If you are someone from out of town who needs printing done or even if you are from that area, please go to Minuteman Press on 19th street ... I promise you will not be disappointed!! Thank you, Minuteman Press, for doing a great job, and making it easy for me who doesn't usually deal with printing material and knows nothing about it .... you made it comfortable and explained things and very patient with me!! you guys are awesome!! “I am moving to a new place and didn’t have tape yet. I brought my open box for shipping returns. They taped it for free! Didn’t say boo about it. Friendly service.
This is compared to when I went to FedEx out west last year and USPS back in another state on a short trip they each had me buy a roll both times. I was expecting the same here but was pleasantly surprised. I think I’ll stick with UPS if they continue to differentiate themselves positively.”

“My experience was great’ Daniel and Ama, they literally went above and beyond for me. It was Saturday night the night before the snow storm they closed at 4pm, I literally arrived at 6:34pm and knocked on their locked door seen the gates down but I still had hope. Daniel came to the door and I explained to him that I had a package pick up he kindly asked me for my ID Knowing that they closed 2 hours ago he still went out his way to find my package I stood at the door he let me in once he found my package and let me sign for it. I truly appreciate it because I really needed it and especially before that snow storm hit. They did an awesome job this was the true epitome of excellent customer service because they didn’t have to let me in or retrieve my package. They were very polite, kind and friendly! Thank you Daniel and Ama I truly appreciate you guys.”

“I originally thought this establishment is like a staples printing shop. But when I went inside its like an industrial scale version of it. But despite the establishment mostly offer services for large volume printing. Wuba still accommodated me with my 10 page file. She is pleasant and overall good service.”
“PostNet is great. It’s my go to place dropping off package returns because it’s so easy to pull up, run inside and drop things off when I’m driving by. There is almost always parking right outside their door. If your package is already addressed, they grab it and scan it in even as they work with others so I’ve never had a long wait (unlike at the FedEx by Whole Foods where I swear dropping off packages takes 30 minutes). If I’m driving by during rush hour when you can’t park on Rt. 1, I’ll pull into the laundromat parking lot a few doors down. Technically you’re not supposed to, but I’m always in and out so fast I know I’ll be back at my car in a flash. The owner and other workers at PostNet are also very friendly, and added bonus when interacting with local business that are longstanding community members.”

“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”
“The team at Minuteman Press of Upper Marlboro (MPUM) delivered quality products and professionalism. With a short turnaround time, the team printed and assembled 300 funeral programs for me. I appreciated the prompt and clear communications on the best paper options and shared drafts for approval. The final product was crisp! The colors and images were perfect. Days later I returned to MPUM for 300 memorial magnets. Once again, they delivered quality services and products. I will return to MPUM again for my future printing needs. “This is a great friendly neighborhood location. I had a concern about a package that kept being delayed so I stopped by this location just to ask a question about it and one of the employees named Neyda assisted the best she could and just her taking the time to hear my concern eased my mind and let me know the package should be there soon and explained the process of how sometimes things happen at the package facility or the drivers. Later that day my package did arrive like she assured me and i even had to call back to just thank her for the listening ear and great customer service.”

“Donita was so helpful getting my package put together and making sure my items would arrive safely. She was friendly and kind!
There wasn’t much of a line when I got there but it definitely got busier. I think 4:30-5:30 is their busiest time, especially on a Monday so if you hate waiting I’d plan around that!”
