“I never thought I would leave a review or comment for a 7-Eleven but I think they really deserve it. It cannot go unnoticed that it is the cleanest I have seen in many cities in the state. I feel super comfortable buying coffee or any sandwich because everything is very very clean I always have another store closer to my house but it's not as clean as this one I don't mind driving 12 minutes from my house it's really worth it.”

“I went in to get some of their Fresh Baked Oatmeal Cookies because they are so good. I was helped by Omer who was courteous and kind but unfortunately, they did not have any. He went over to a woman named Amira who was so pleasant and wonderful to stopped what she was doing to make a new batch of Fresh Baked Oatmeal Cookies.
Both Omer and Amira were honest, professional, gracious, compassionate, personal and cared about the customers, which I am proud to say I was one of them.”

“7-Eleven on Parklawn Drive! Perfect location across from 5600 Fishers Lane and La Brasa chicken restaurant. And it has a gas station, so everything you need is in one place. The prices are reasonable, and they have all the 7-Eleven goodies: Big Gulps, Slurpees, coffee, and other essentials. Thank you for opening one exactly where we needed it!”

“So I have been coming to this 7-Eleven for almost 20 years and I have never really had a huge issue. They are usually the best 7-Eleven in the area however, tonight was a little bit different. I came in at about 2:30 AM and there was only one person working. Veronica. She is a new employee and a very pleasant person. I asked her to make me some fresh Hot food. Taquitos and beef patties. She was very accommodating and without hesitation, she attempted to make them for me but, like I said she is a new employee and wasn’t exactly sure on the cook time. The stuff that she started cooking just so happen to burn a little bit and she apologized and asked if I would like her to remake it. I said yes and she was about to start cooking again when I asked her if she was the only person working. She told me yes however, a more senior employee was supposed to be there at midnight to train her but, he had not shown at his scheduled time.. She felt very bad and I told her not to worry about it because it is not her fault. Her coworker should’ve been there to assist her when he was scheduled to. Just so happens that the coworker was sitting outside in his car in the parking lot. I went out and told him that she was waiting for him and needed help. He finally came in and made the food (which was under cooked this time but I digress). I don’t understand why he was so late and took his time to come inside because he had been sitting in the car since I had got there 20 minutes prior. Long story short, Veronica is awesome and too good to work there. I feel very bad that she has to deal with that. She is such a nice person with great customer service skills and deserves better. I feel very bad that she has to deal with that as she is very eager to learn but is not provided with the tools and help to make her succeed. The other employee is a j*** for putting her in that situation. I am sure one day she will own her own 7-Eleven franchises because she values her customers and takes pride in her work. I wish her the best and I hope that other employee gets his act together. That is just not fair. On top of it, I asked her why she works at 7-Eleven and she said that she has her children to provide for and that is the most important thing in her life. VERONICA, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HARD WORK AND THE PRIDE YOU TAKE IN YOUR JOB. YOU DESERVE SO MUCH BETTER AND I THINK YOUR POTENTIAL IS UNDER UTILIZED. I WISH YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN THE BEST. I KNOW THAT WHEN THEY ARE OLD ENOUGH, THEY WILL UNDERSTAND AND BE SO GRATEFUL FOR SUCH AN AWESOME MOTHER.”

“It's a 711. If you've never been to a 711 this will be your first experience at the 711 if you walk in the door.. Think the only people that haven't been to 711 is or people from foreign countries..”

“I have never been to this location due to having others nearby that are a little bit more conveniente but I was impressed by the level of service and care Nicholas provided. He helped me with an issue I had with an order I placed online to pick up at the store and went above and beyond to assist me. Nowadays that it seems like good customer service is a thing of the past, it is great knowing there are associates like Nicholas who still care about the customer experience.”

“Well as a customer of 7-Eleven Baltimore rd. Rockville, md.. all staff are friendly even their manager, we visit with my friends and family every time. It's Coffee time in 7-Eleven....”

“"4 stars" because in the 7-11 context this location is very clean but has some management issues. Lametria Johnson, Lottery is a profit operation the owner needs to adjust staffing for it, particularly approaching the cutoff time. For most of us who don't play it appears to be an addiction. As someone addicted to Big Gulps, coffee, cigarettes, Big Bites, candy, etc. I do understand. But when I walk in I don't have to make my purchase by an exact time. That really changes things. To a sugar addict standing fifth in line waiting for one clerk to complete a complex lottery transaction it can be frustrating too. 7-11 franchise owner: Take Note Of Lottery Deadlines.”

“This review is for Nicole and the managers of Nicole I just want to say thank you to her and tell the managers that she is absolutely awesome she helped go through my coupons and didn't rush me at all or make me feel bad for taking up her time. Cvs should be happy with this employee and the work she's doing thank you Nicole.”

“My only issue with this store was the wait in the retail area of the store and slightly the customer service. Me and another customer needed assistance at the self checkouts and although it was clear that I needed help FIRST; the guy still went to the other man to assist him before me. I waited 5 mins and the other guy waited for maybe a minute. That was irritable.

The Pharmacy was great; everyone back there was pleasant. Although they had a long line and were dealing with some pretty difficult customers, they were trying to get people in and out.”

“Everything 7-Eleven as usual. The extra thing is the Amazon drop/pickup box. They also have propane gas; exchange and new purchase. Spacious parking lot and the most important of all; a nice-hardworking customer service representative(the lady at working hours). Any size Coffee ☕ is $2 with muffin, always fresh and nice.”

“I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received at CVS Pharmacy. They automatically filled an important medication for me, which greatly reduced my stress. From the pharmacist who administered my vaccination to the technician who rang me up, everyone was professional, kind, and pleasant — something you don’t always see these days.

The staff was prompt, attentive, and created a genuinely positive patient experience. It’s refreshing to encounter such thoughtful and seamless care. I will definitely share the good news with others and hope more people experience the same positive service I did. Thank you for your dedication!”

“Just started working in this area and each time I've been to this location I've had good experience. The employees greeted me at the door and have been fairly friendly. I'm certain I'll continue to frequent this location because it is located around the corner from my job.”

“Erica and Neda at the Pharmacy were incredibly helpful and nice. I have no clue how they read what they have to read. Erica was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. I usually dread the pharmacy runs... not anymore because of Erica!”

“This location is tucked away in a small shopping center behind Park Potomac. It's super easy to park at and the staff inside are super friendly. I don't shop for groceries at Walgreens but will stop by to grab discounted paper towels or laundry detergent. Items are always in stock and the lines move very quickly. The photo department is also really nice. I print a few 8x10s here a month since I don't have a printer that does photos that large. The photos are always ready to go and they have a neat notification system that allows you to have other people pick up your order. For a convenience/grocery story it's pretty no frills which is what I look for. If you have a sweet tooth make sure to go the day after Halloween and you can buy candy by the pound.”

“Usually MCPD still stick around which has its perks of deterrence. Conveniently next to a McDonald's so passer-bys can always get something to eat on the way to their destination. Convenience store has the main goods, as expected. Gas prices are fair in comparison to other places. The location is perfect if you're coming from md-200 / i-370. Closer to a Giant, subway, Chinese and Capital One bank and even a SECU branch. Easily seen from shady grove rd.”

“It was 11:30 at night, I was tired and I already came disappointed from another CVS in North Potomac where they didn’t have what I needed and to be honest they didn’t help me much…The second I step into this other CVS store, Jamaal greeted me with a smile and ask me if I needed help to find something. He went out of his way and dedicated time and effort to find the medicine that I needed. Let me tell you this medicine wasn’t available or easy to find in another stores, but he did his best to find it. I can’t be more grateful for him and his excellent service. This store has just become my pharmacy to go to thanks to Jamaal. Thank you so much for assisting me and help me when I need it!”

“I've been coming here for 3 years now and I've always felt invisible to the people here. From cashier throwing receipts on the counter and walking off to just plain rude people. Ayesha made me feel seen, really respectful and has an awesome spirit. She was able to find the best deals for my medication. Thank you for making me feel seen and important.”
