“We recently moved into a new home in Kensington (our 8th home across 4 states). Despite being experienced home buyers, outfitting a new home with furniture is still tough & stressful...especially in a new area. After visiting many furniture stores in the area, we decided to visit Hamilton's. We were looking for seating for our A/V room. Brad was our salesperson...super helpful, patient and no annoying salesmanship. After noticing some "fit and finish" issues with the couch soon after delivery, Hamiltons management (Alex, Ashley) couldn't have been more helpful. They are a local, family-owned company and their candor and demeanor were very supportive. They quickly worked on a solution and gave me a couple options. Since this was a stock item, they opened another sectional, confirmed it was up to "factory specifications" and delivered it the following day! I couldn't have asked for more. Important to note the delivery folks were all very professional and efficient. I will definitely be doing more business with them. Highly recommend! In today's world, it's hard to find great, old school companies/service.”

“I frequent this Ross location when I am in the area to shop. Not the biggest Ross, but a good size. The variety of things in my opinion is great, you just have to take your time & look in all areas unless you have something particular in mind. They have nice designer handbags, clothes for entire family. You must take your time to find a gem ?. Usually the staff try & keep the store neat & straight, but of course the customers can be the ones who can make the store look unorganized at times I have been there. They do have a Security guard at this location & that is always nice to see. Overall I have never gone here to shop & never found something I was looking for or simply couldn't live without, whether for myself, my kids, grands, or others. No complaints. Usually they have at least (2) maybe (3) registers open & that could change as we approach the Holiday season, as the store will be a buzz with holiday shopper's . I have always had a pleasant checkout experience with all the cashier's that checked me out. Parking can be a little crazy because there are other stores nearby, so be alert & pack your patience when seeking parking in the area. Atmosphere very nice, Never notice otherwise. Staff are helpful & pleasant when I am checking out. I would of course recommend checking out this Ross location, you might find something's you just can't live without.Happy Shopping to all.”

“This review is for my buying experience at the store as I have yet to receive my new sofa. It will come in 6 to 8 weeks which I’m very excited about especially after the wonderful experience I had in the store. It’s not like other furniture stores where you’re worried about how many people will race up to you trying to help you. They really give you space and your own time to look at things and come up to you and a nice and timely but respectful Manner.. The store is beautiful and all the products are great. I had Peter and Waveland help me with my purchase and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were helpful and attentive without being too overbearing and helped to get me a great deal on my sofa. I highly suggest shopping here to find whatever you may need for your home. They have excellent quality and warranties And I am very thankful for the help I was given!”
