After getting to the Cricket store to replace it, I also realized that I had left my photo identification in my travel bag. Luzi worked with me to find alternative methods of identification rather than send me away without my phone working. She established my identity and installed and tested the new SIM before returning my phone to me. So delightful to meet an employee so sensitive to my needs and so willing to take extra steps to help me. Good job, Luzi!!”

“I went to ATT at the White Mash location on Sunday , where Emmanuel was the associate working. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me with any of the iPhones!! I had my iPhone so long and I knew it was time so he took the time to ask what I used the phone for and gave me several different options to choose from. He was able to transfer all of my information into the new iPhone which was a big concern as to why I didn’t want to get a new one. “Elijah is a great addition to the AT&T team. We had an issue after coming over to AT&T from Verizon that was more technical in nature. Unfortunately, AT&T has a policy where there were no authorized users can be added for a full month. That meant we were just supposed to Have an unresolved issue for that period of time unless the account holder became available. Elijah was gracious enough to handle the issue for us, give us feedback and insight on what the issue may be, and take time out of dealing with customers in the store. He was patient, knowledgeable, nice, and the store environment was clean, calm, welcoming.”

I came back another day with my two kids, and the staff was incredibly patient, even with my busy 4 year old. They were so kind and welcoming to my daughter, helped her pick out her phone, and really made her feel heard- which meant a lot since she is a preteen.

“I've been using the Motorola razor since November 2025, had no problems with it whatsoever. Love the service. But out of the blue yesterday, April 22nd, I paired the KTC mega pad to my phone. And about an hour later, a tiny green dot appeared at the lower left of my phone screen. Google suggested that there may be an app using my microphone or camera. I search vigorously and couldn't find any apps open on my devices. I contacted Motorola, spoke to a guy named Chris. I guess I wasn't moving fast enough for him and he hung up on me, twice. So I don't know what to do about this Green Dot. It is very nerve racking.”
